Hi bro please help me regarding a booking experiencing with Indigo Airlines. I booked a ticket for two passengers for July 25th using the Indigo app under a single PNR. Subsequently, with the help of a customer care representative, I split the PNR and received a new one. However, after this change, I am unable to modify the booking as it shows the message "booking is not created from my account." This is perplexing since I booked the ticket through the Indigo app. Moreover, the customer care service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I have also contacted the codeshare desk without success. The representatives are claiming that my flight on July 31st (6E 4010, 6E 18, 6E 624) is not applicable, citing invalid reasons such as booking under a student fare, which is incorrect as I booked a regular fare. They are also attributing the issue to the Indigo app and website. However, the tickets for the mentioned flights on July 31st are still available on both platforms. PNR number: C2JBQQ
