I'd like to suggest adding some visual aid to show which direction is groundwards. Doesn't really work for portal's style but something like a little bit hair covering the camera that is always falling downwards

I think the problem is that too many of adhesion gel's use cases (such as running up a wall) are overshadowed by propulsion gel.

i can absolutely see how this would be disorienting such a shame though, this seems like a really cool mechanic with a lot of potential
