The marvels of modern medicine would've been considered miracles 20 years ago. Hell, one can buy OTC patches to reduce the appearances of fresh scars. So showing a photo of a scar from an attack 20 years ago to compare to Marli's scars is quite disingenuous.

A very wealthy woman, so plastic surgery can cover her injuries. I certainly wouldn't want to go through life with a scar, telling everyone one who sees the scar, that something awful happened to me. The same goes for her head injuries. Is this video really necessary?

I don't know if Marli was told everything. Perhaps to protect her and help her heal. Sure she knows her brother is in jail... It's very strange. I'm sure they are trying to protect her from harm Yes, I'm sure the public would like to hear her speak.
Would I want to know, Is why do the police not have pictures of her wounds the night she was supposedly axed? In crime scene you have to take pictures of the wounds inflicted the same night. So where is this evidence? How do we know that she was truly axed like they say, I feel the killer was out to kill, if he wanted her dead she would be dead. If her wounds were so bad she would have not made it another 3 hours before he called the emergency numbers. He showered, why didn't she get her phone and call 911, she don't have to say anything, just call 911. To me she and her boyfriend are high suspects to me. I believe all three of them plotted it together.
I don't mean to be rude, but forensic pathologists have analysed her wounds. The photos you are talking about are most likely old photos. I am a medical doctor, and again I don't mean to be rude but please don't discuss wounds and healing without training in such. Again, please don't discuss trauma and amnesia without training in such. And finally, I think it best not to argue with trained pathologists whose job it is to analyse wounds. Most likely Marli looked to be dead and hence why he didn't attack again. She was taken to ICU and hence her injuries were severe
Great channel. On the 911 call, you can actually hear him mistakenly say when she asks what happened (right as she asks what the injuries are): “I flipped out...” instead of saying that another man came in and killed them. He sounds exasperated with what he just said, catches himself and then corrects what he said. I even turned on the closed captioning on the video to see if it matched what I heard and it does.
If you go with the two intruders you are quietly being a racist , also if there were intruders then one was very timid about what he came to do cause Henri and Marli are still alive . Their is hardly any wounds on Henri, or any bruises on him did he struggle with his attacker or attackers, and his clam of epilepsy what's your explanation for that , yes it doesn't make sense, also you are forgetting one other thing why did they not find any strange DNA in the house. With such a fight and murder shouldn't there have been some other DNA.

You are despicable and disgusting making this video! You clearly don't do all you research for your videos, either. Why are you focusing on several blows to the head when it was "SEVERE" blows to the head. Even if it was several, why are you concentrating on this fact? There's no doubt she was viciously assaulted and her family murdered but you are putting light on parts of this crime/tragedy that done matter. Why are you so concerned with how many times he got ah her head and neck.... U are putting out the projection that you think she is lying about certain things like how many times and where she was hit. You're also are saying she provided the pictures so they are after the murders and you are right AND wrong. The one is not of her wearing a wig it actually IS a before photo of her. That was her natural hair, not a wig, in a photo taken of her before her family was murdered. The photo on the right is an after the horrific murders of her family photo. You have very insensitive about this whole tragedy and you have no business making videos like this.

Your comment that they died almost instantly is not what the autopsy showed because his mother & brother had blood in their lungs and that means they took a while to die.
They were brothers visiting their parents and sharing a guest room as they were at university in Australia. Nothing odd about sharing a guest room at all.
