Nice documentation that shows key steps for learning freestyle as an adult. But not mentioning the buoyancy effect of an neoprene suit as used in the open water swimming sequence is misleading.

This has helped me big time. I’m a confident swimmer but I using muscle more than technique which resulted in gassing myself out.

Tim totally cheated on the approach shot. I clearly saw his second shot land in the rough and then he magically had a fairway 3rd shot. What an absolute clown.

All men experience rejection from women to varying degrees. Sometimes women reject a man because they think he's "too good", or will likely cheat on them. Also some men experience rejection early in their teenage years and 20s, and only start getting female approval later in life when they become better looking and more accomplished, but the fear still lingers.

What sucks about this is we don't actually see how Tim deconstructed everything over a week to get to the point where he could do this. Also, it seems like the other person was instructed to offer him opportunities to find guillotines

He was instructed to give him opportunities. A brand new BJJ player will never submit an actual purple belt in their first week of training unless they are allowed to.

Well she’s better than me, because this whole time I was wondering how in the world was she in open water and they didn’t teach her how to float upright???! One of the biggest fears I have is not being able to touch the floor when I’m upright. They didn’t cover that part, because I automatically go into doggy peddle mode 😅. For just about every beginner swimmer that’s a major struggle. I would need five days just for that part 😂.
