Quick comment. Added the Smart Plan and sent out a sample of the newsletter to myself. News letter looks great, however, my information from my marketing profile is not populating at the bottom. I've not had this issue on other items sent from the an Email SmartPlan. Is this something on my end or in the creation of the Newsletter? Thanks for your assistance.
When I try to follow along on my laptop, it had team in the top right corner and my name isn't to the left to make it personal. Tried to click on personal Individual Associate, still won't go to single. In opportunity won't let me put my name in as owner and says one of the team member names. Opportunities say "No Choices," where it should say Cultivate and Watch and the arrow won't let me change it?
Do you have another video on what to do when you figure out how to edit this? Once you figure all this out, then what? How do we upload it to your socials?

What is your phone tech number to call??? tech numbers are important to clients for quick questions....why does this video keep being interrupted by commercials??? why doesn't Comman have a key for upload from your lead programs?? like other CRMs....why doesn't Command automatically send out letters when birthday is set?? Why can you get only support from email??? phone tech is helpful...other cRM have immediate voice assistance for grey areas
Linda Ritlinger, Realtor. When I clicked on the Consumer icon, it never went to the same window that the speaker was on, nor did it have the same tabs that were on the screen as was on my screen. The only choices I had at the top of my screen was "My Website," and "Testimonials." I tried to find the window the speaker was on, but was not able to locate it?
Just a mention, kw search for properties is light years behind other brokers. Has there been any mention of editing how clients view properties on the property search? There isn’t any way to change the view of how they see the properties it’s just the generic map and listings .
So I found recently that Command websites no longer support RSS feeds for my KCM blog. Is there any way to set that up besides ? That doesn’t work because it just asks you to login.
Is it possible to get your kw website to show the homes in list form aswell not just the generic map with a list of homes? I’ve noticed much better results and feedback when the clients get to choose how they view the properties online not just the map and list of homes with no option to opt out of the map

Is there an updated version of this video? It would be helpful if the outdated videos were removed so there is less confusion. My office has a 33 day challenge in tasks and most of the tasks link to outdated or broken links.
Is there anyway to change the text on the popup after the user enters their information? On the pop up with the estimated value of the home on the left and the contact me page on the right, I noticed that it says "...nuances of THE YOUR market" and should read either the market or your market. Can we change that text?
Definitely agree with first using a "test" client to check functionality. When I would "share the KW app", it was received as unbranded even though all required steps were completed. Tech support is working on it.
