Paycom is horrible! The software makes no sense. I use FOSS (free software) all day long and you'd think that free software would be much worse than Paycom's, but NOOOOO. Paycom must be hiring subpar software engineers and those testing it to see if it works or even makes sense must be drinking on the job. If you need to fix your time, use pen and paper to write down what you did because you won't see your changes. Use it on a computer/web, because their phone app is even worse. Be ready to wait 24 hours or more before you see changes. You cannot delete your mistakes easily - or, at least, see the corrections.
Hey dude, this video was great, it also will help me with job interviews, bc you explained concepts that I already instinctively created that you fleshed out for me in this vid. Hope you blow up my dude
For my smaller dev team, we did require something that "just works" right out of the box. This is why we opted for *Monday dev* where it's able to support a scrum methodology, with an option to work in Kanban style. It promotes transparency, adaptability, and quick problem-solving within my software development workflow. 😊
Move it around until you hear less echo?? Wth? What does that even mean? You can't hear it while you're moving it around and there's no preview button. Awful tutorial.
I have sat through lots of ATS product demos and tests. I can say that something that competes with Greenhouse but at the same time more affordable and amazing solution would be iCIMS. The potential and the way its build help the user design processes based on their business requirements. It’s one of the most underrated tools in the market and certainly the most powerful one.
As someone who struggles with time management, I found these tips incredibly helpful. Plus at work we use WorkTime software. Its insightful reports and user-friendly interface have helped me stay on track and make the most of my time. Highly recommend giving it a watch.
This contrast is missing a huge differentiator: PeopleSoft is older relational database model vs. Workday on an object-oriented model that keeps data in memory. The difference is astounding in reporting and data access performance. PeopleSoft's data architecture makes upgrades painful due to SQL-based data storage. This comparison misses the mark. Big time.

Thank you so much, very helpful, have you tried or heard of Field Rocket at all? Jobber looks cool, Housecall Pro is way too expensive, but neither don't have a free plan like Field Rocket so I'm curious what your thoughts are? We're just small and don't want to break the bank, plus I heard Jobber charges per user and I don't think Field Rocket does?

What about Field Rocket? Comparing all of them right now, Field Rocket has a free version, the other ones look nice though. More reviews, but also really expensive and don't have any type of free version.
Do I still have to have my cook sign a i-9 if he is a relative the person I'm hiring is a family member we work a small catering business only 3 days out of a week or when we have business I'm incorporate do this still apply to me
Yes, you must complete an I-9 form for any employee that you hire to perform labor or services in the U.S., even if they are an immediate family member or other relative. For more information, you can check out USCIS' Handbook for Employers in the below link, or contact an employment law or immigration attorney for specific situations: www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-resources/handbook-for-employers-m-274
