you dont have to, but for the longevity of the engine, I would recommend getting a flash.

Yamaha bolt is my commuting bike. Classic air cooled V twin sound and smooth engine. Plus it is 4 valves per cylinder and you get torque with it.

Where did you get that sticker? I actually traded in an R6 that I owned for 6 years for a new Bolt and I don’t regret the decision at all.

Wich baffles do you use? Because i installed mine today and went for a ride.. it's deaffening, my ears hurt by riding my bike for half an hour

Do you feel any power loss before changing the air intake or flash the ecu?

No if anything its gained a little power. However I did just recently switch to a 180 rear tire and top speed has dropped by like 5mph.
