Hello Matthew brother, I wanted to ask you about your INSE vaccum cleaner.. Did the problem get resolved? I am planning to buy one as well :) They have loads of models that look alike. Which model did you exactly have :) (Commenting here because it's somehow disabled on the INSE video)
