Took you with me on my walk tonight. Definitely hit home with the consistency over perfection. I came right in and started jotting things down. Even though my health and wellness journey has already started, the power of recording and planning will absolutely help me. Envisioning what I want and exceeding and achieving is the way. Thank you for this after a both hectic as well successful day mapping out my wins and what I'm working for will help immensely. Thank you so much!!
I needed to hear this. I've been meditating & manifesting for years but recently hit a block & needed this reminder. Thank you for making this video. New subscriber! 🤗
Love this episode. Especially your mention of the virtue Courage. It's underrated. You don't realize how much courage you need to do the things you want to do.
Hello,I'm Abdur Rashid working as a full RU-vid monetization service provider since 2019.I analyzed your RU-vid channel and found some problems. That's why your channel subscribers and views are not increasing. Can I identify problems with your channel?
I like this topic when it pertains to special education for the simple fact that I was put in special education because of my behavior not because I was moving slowly, not catching on or anything like that. It was because all I wanted to do was fight. Not realizing that it affects me in the long run. And I didn't have anybody advocating for me. So I really can relate to parents NEED to be in their children's life.
This conversation was just what I needed to hear!! Very inspiring and helped me to reflect and identify what has been holding me back and what I need to focus on to get out of my rut. You both said so many things that I noted but three things that were most impactful and I will act on are “progress not perfection”, “time blocking” and “habit stacking”. These three things go hand in hand with two of the goals I set at the beginning of the year… being more consistent and intentional about my personal time and development. Thank you ladies for this very transparent and real conversation. ❤
I can relate sis!! I think the older generation is really picky about this because they do judge the parent based off what the kids are wearing. I really don't care any more either lol. My 2 year old loves to wear his dinosaur swimming trunks to bed and I let him! He's happy and I'm happy that he is happy. It's not hurting anybody and it's not a fashion show to go to bed.
