arturon58 realistic numbers are around 70-75.. if it was really setup to make big hp numbers could definitely reach 80.. but then it wouldn’t be very fun to ride in all the different terrains i ride. Its already a handful in the trails. I ride more dunes tho so its more of a dune port and pipe. 41.5 carb and 01 cr250 ignition. Its fun to say the least!!
westcoastfrisco haha yea they where i forgot to tighten the bolts on them and the nuts that where just hand tight fell off. They are trashed anyways riding them in the woods. That was a dumb mistake I should have known better. Oh well. Its only nice when its first built right?
Wouldn’t be opposed to that one! I ride a 1988 TRX310R. That’s how I found your videos. Lol. As long as there’s no “mud bogging” and it’s like what it is in the video then I’d be down. Mainly because I just restored mine from the frame up and is set up for the dunes.
MrNifty lol mine is technically a duner as well but ill ride anywhere. Sucks cause it was spotless and now its trashed. Can clean it up but it never looks the same. Prolly cause the way i ride it.. we do about 3-4 dune trips a year in oregon. Maybe you can come down to ride with us then to. I wont be riding till around march this year because of work and a side fabrication business i run. Im swamped. We need to exchange numbers or even a Facebook if you have one of those
Thats a great plan dude!! Pete is the man when it comes to these engines. And hes a really cool guy to soak up info from.. i sent him an engine i had built by neil pritchard and he got some more ponies out of it for me.
Brizzee Racing the dude on the shee is a good rider but that bike is new to him(first ride) and also has a twist throttle which he never rides on a quad.. so kinda gettin the feel of it on this ride
Kahlil Gainey no a guy named piranha pete. His company is called hybrid engineering. You can find a bunch of info of him online. He is better than LED imo. Cheaper to. He’s located in washugal wa. He may not be as know as LED but he has a ride or die like following from the guys who do have engines built by him. They just flat out put down power man!! Super fun!!
Ah man the engine is badass!! Neil does a great job. I have mine ported for all around which matches the trx5 pipe really well. Im sure he will port yours to match if you tell him what your running.. You will be happy with it im sure. I sure am of mine. Wish the videos would download more clear so you could get a better idea
What r those metal things on the front of ur bike that directs the air to the engine and where'd u get them from I have a blaster and I've been looking for those things and don't know the name of them
