@@cylurian I would say that behind my ti-nspire CXII cas, this is easily my second favourite calculator.....and I think it has a much more elegant look than the goofy cheap looking american versions...Waiting a month for it to ship from Germany sucked though.
I agree. The TI 36X pro that is sold here in the United States, is not elegant. Although it is inexpensive, and for those who can’t afford a TI 83 or TI 84, TI 36X pro will be sufficient. Specifically for first year, Statistics.
You asked at 8:07 if there is a fast way to switch between exact and decimal. The key labeled "<>≈" [The key just above enter without hitting shift] does this. I suspect you know this already but momentarily forgot while making the video - at least that sounds like something I'd do.
When I unboxed my ti-30x plus math print it did not turn on. I looked inside the calculater and there is 2 button batteries but i dont know if they work or not
Does it feel like the TI-30XPLUS Mathprint is easier and works faster than the Casio fx-82AU PLUS II? I bought the Casio to use for uni (we need approved calculators) and it's so frustrating to use. If I need to go back in an equation and change up a + for a -, it takes forever. I previously used the TI-84 Plus CE and loved it.

I didn't. All this was written by me. If you need a calculator to calculate the regression, then look for any TI calculator that does statistics - then look for regression. You might find some online calculators that can do it for you.
You were explaining it well but should stay longer at the end. Explain what those numbers mean. Explain how to fit it in an assignement. Explain it to the non-technical audience.
These videos are meant more for step-by-step instruction on the correlation coefficient. I do have other videos but they are hidden away for they are only meant for my students. As you probably already know, correlation coefficient is just really a trend between two variables. Of course it’s the strength and direction of the data. Given the fact that in algebra you use two points for a line, and statistics you have to use all the points to determine if there is a relationship between the two. Which leads us to the next topic regression. With regression you have to use all the points as well to determine the best fit line.

First you need to know which one is X and Y. X is an independent variable. That means that, it's not affected by the other variable. Seems like No. of sections is X - for the sales are depending on what section you are in. Now that you know X and Y, follow my video. Just take it step by step. Then, for the results. When you calculate correlation coefficient, "r" - remember that the number tells you if there is a Trend. That means, do the two variable interact with each other and that you can say that they relate very well. Meaning, the more sections the more sales? That would be a trend and "r" will measure that.
