@mizanchoudhury9536 mine sounds like this too, ive put 4k mules on it since it happened at abouve 84k miles, its an s7 v8 which are known for this problem. Idk how much longer i have but i havent had a misfire yet
Great video! Quick question. My engine bat jad lots of supercharger belt debris and it ended up snapping off. It was brand new when i installed it on my 3.0 audi S5. Do you think a bad tensioner and idler migh6 jave caused this?
I went through water and got the same codes.The steering locked up the next day. I changed the rack $2,500 for a new one. But I still have the codes for TPMS and sport differential. Plus the front end will not lift up. I have all new suspension. I've rebuilt everything on this car and can not figure out what the issue is. Maybe a map sensor idk I guess it won't hurt to get a new one and see.theses cars are so confusing at times. Well at least Audi is paying for the steering. It was a recall part and I have 2 weeks left before 10 years is up for the recall.

As long as you have no codes, you are good. If it does throw an EPC code or anything like that, stop driving it immediately or there could be catastrophic engine damage.
Just bought a 2014 A8L 3.0T that did this on cold start and absolutely panicked, this car runs fine and has no error codes. The clatter lasts maybe 1-3 seconds. So glad to hear this is normal.
@@treverrobinson8180 it only happened once after the car sat for a week. Make sure you change your oil with a 502/505 00 spec synthetic. I use Castrol Edge 5w-40.

In my case, my brother and I decided to extend the warranty for 1 more year, a total of 3 years. It cost me €1000 but that year my brother was key; Well, the engine of my Audi A5 Coupé was drinking the oil between the piston sleeves and the connecting rods. After a small battle with the official Audi dealer, they monitored me to see the oil consumption and in the end they gave me a new engine. I am in favor of extending the warranty, but in your case you were unlucky. Unfortunately, the health of second-hand cars is a lottery.
