Welcome to the world of Dolphin robotic pool cleaners. The best thing you will ever buy for your pool. Here you will find everything from product feature video, to maintenance tips and product reviews.
I bought an active 40 three years ago and it worked perfectly for the first year but hasn't worked for the last 18 months. I've spent the last 9 months working with the retailer (pinch a penny) who says maytronic has been mostly unresponsive and can't get it working but hasn't offered a refund despite a 3 year warranty. Save your $1800 and buy something other than a maytronic.
I bought one 3 years ago and it worked perfectly for the first year but hasn't worked for the last 18 months. Good robot. But lets be honest. It's not perfect at all. The wire gets tangled. The robot goes to same spot to scrub so it's not cleaning every spot. And when the control gets hot. Since it's a sticker it bubbles up and stops working probably the way it's supposed to.
Pool cleaners used to last for 15+ years. The new products are designed to fail within 2-3 years. Keep in mind the price you pay divided by 3 is the rental for these units. They are very careful to avoid providing information for layman repair, must have EXPERT repair unit. My CC Plus isn’t working - 3 years later which I consider unacceptable. Try a different brand if you want quality, I am looking for a pool business with a conscience.
this does not tell you how to remove the impeller. Only how to take the top piece with the fins on it off. I need to remove/replace the entire impeller.
My pool cleaner the dolphin m400 which is also the same as the dolphin supreme M5 which I have when I pull up the robot from the pool the debris fall back in is there like a flap I'm missing or something that's causing it not to keep the debris inside the unit?
hello. I have the Nautilus Plus model and I wanted to know how I do if the filters fill up before the robot finishes its cycle. I understand that if I turn off the console to clean them, the robot loses the scan and starts cleaning again from the beginning?
I just purchased the E70. I wish there was a way to turn the waterline scrubbing feature OFF. My pool has about half "Rock In Water". No tile, just rock features that go into the water about 3". I see this thing scrubbing away on the rocks and think it can't be good for the long term. I'm afraid the scrubbers are going to get torn up prematurely. I'd' like a "Wall and Floor" Feature ONLY.
These dolphin pool cleaners are great, but what would make them outstanding is if they were about twice as wide and had a bigger basket. I like the one I’ve got, but if the basket capacity was larger I would get done quicker. Not complaining just pointing that out.
D'avance merci
I purchased one of these 3 weeks ago. My pool guy was charging me $140. Month. He didn’t even brush sides of pool. This robotic pool vac will pay for itself in around 6.5 months. Cleans great. So happy with this purchase. Make sure to purchase caddy. I purchased off brand caddy that looks identical for only $65. So so happy. Now I don’t need to hear excuses about not showing up because of weather or holidays. 😊 my pool is pebble stone.
Don not buy this product! We are on our 3rd unit in 6 years. Customer service is non-existent (email only) and they expect you to spend $100 to ship this huge product back for repairs. Beyond disappointed with Maytronics products and customer service.
Good luck with any Maytronics products. We are now on our 3rd Dolphin (M400) and still under warranty. Customer service has been by email only and they have a known power supply/cable issue that remains unaddressed. They will service it under warranty, but we have to buy a large box and packing supplies and spend $94 to ship it back to them. Their products used to be good, but we have had 3 bad ones in 6 years.
@@LeeAnnScott22 It just didn't work at all. We went through all the diagnostics, reset it, etc. It would process the "out of water" test and run, but would not work once in the water. We finally ended up sending it back to Maytronics (cost us $100 to ship it, total BS), and it took months for them to get it back to us. Will never buy their products again.
These products are a disappointment. Our sigma only lasted for one use and then stopped working before it could finish cleaning a pool that wasn’t even that dirty. Clean your pool yourselves or hire a pool technician, people. Why risk getting a bad lemon that was most likely put together on a Chinese assembly line.
I have an M400 that has trouble climbing walls of fiberglass pool and rarely does the water line like it should water chemistry is fine no slime on the walls what is the best model for being able to climb stairs and do the waterline of a fiberglass pool?
Here's what might be a stupid question - if i run the vaccum and its in the water, should i be feeling any suction at all from the rectangular hole in the bottom while its running? My vaccum rolls all around the pool but i dont think its picking up anything, and i feel no suction from that hole.
Cleans dirt from pool. Constantly needs filter cleaning. Door will not stay closed. More trouble than it is worth. Called Maytronics and held for 15 minutes before hanging up.😢
