Tamara, I love Jetset. I have been doing Pilates for 9 years and have found Jetset is the right form of Pilates for me. I have brought several of my friends to Jetset in Boca Raton and I am a founding member of. Tracey, you need to come to the studio and try it out, I am sure you will be addicted as I am. Everyone is amazing there❤

What a lie. I worked for Brightstar and the office staff were extremely unprofessional. I remember every time I’d walk into the office 3 employees would be sitting there doing nothing before I finally spoke up asking if someone was going to help me. I remember employees would tell my clients reasons why I couldn’t make the shift when it was their fault for not scheduling. Then they’d tell me something my client said. I don’t think they realized we speak with our clients, so eventually my clients and I started putting the stories together that brightstar was telling us and realized it was all a lie. Don’t tell your clients something about their caregiver not making it to a shift and then tell your caregiver why the client didn’t need you for that shift, because the truth will come out. Office staff should accept responsibility for their mistakes and not use their caregiver to cover up their mistakes. I remember my client calling them on speaker phone asking to speak with someone and the receptionist said she had an appointment and was out of the office, then my client asked to speak to someone else and the receptionist laughed saying that that staff member was also unavailable due to an appointment. I was hurt on the job in 2021 and they did nothing. They told me to go to the hospital and took no responsibility for my injury. I ended up having a bulging disc from rolling a patient over and now I’ve suffered with sciatica for 3 years paying for therapy out of my own pocket. I remember suffering through nursing school with sciatica from this injury and it’s sad that this company did nothing to help me. I even have all the text messages from them, and I remember telling them about my ER results and they never responded. All they suggested that I do is get a d-dimer when I said I was injured. I warn everyone about how this company not only doesn’t care about their clients, they could care less about their employees. I will never work for a company like this again and I feel very lucky that I work for one of the best hospitals now who actually care about their employees and patients.

Interesting comment by Ingrid about using all colors of hands. In the late 90's I traveled overseas to train a large corporations global staff, and it was very difficult to find such images online. I actually had to do some of my own coloring and design. I am grateful for the progress we have made, and for companies like FRIOS who are intentional and thoughtful about diversity.
