It sounds like that may be condemnation. Which isn’t of God. Don’t let shame keep you from redemption. Conviction is of God. It’s the feeling of guilt, but it encourages us to move closer to God rather than separate ourselves further from him.
Amen to this. God had to check me in prayer becasue for years every time I was done wrong I always blame myself only. Trying to please people to the point where you abandon your own personality and convictions God gave you so they can feel comfortable is not what God wants.
Yess. I feel like a lot of us deal with it, whether knowingly or unknowingly. I’m thankful that I finally was able to see the root issue so I could start correcting it. I’m glad that you’ve been able to work your way through it as well 🤍 & thank you for watching!✨
@@lovemsliz 🙏 I'm just now working on it realizing though I never felt I had self esteem issues, I must do if I constantly allow people to enter into my life and allow them to come and go as they please then be disrespectful at the same time. Boundaries is what I'm learning and self accountability is in there as well🌹🕊️🕊️🕊️
I dont think im a victim, but most of those painful situations were their actions and emotional problems. I'm glad to know that now and not always blame myself. My problem was not surrounding myself with healthy people. I had to be alone for awhile to figure that out. I had to value myself and realize i'm valuable and start acting like it.
And wish i had figured that out at your age, just went to your channel and saw your '30' video title. You got a decade on me girl. Congrats. This video came to me through youtube recommendation. Just subbed
Yea, I think it's easy to get lost in the chaos of life and forget to genuinely value ourselves. Which then can motivate the people and things we choose to surround ourselves with. But understanding that even what we go through can be used as just a tool to teach us a better way to live is so important. Not blaming yourself or others but just taking accountability where we can in order to help improve our situations. Regardless of age, to make it to that point of self-awareness is something to celebrate 🎉 & thank you so much for subscribing - happy we get to connect 💕
Helpful video. I liked the story telling, it was engaging because it was personal, but i like how you used it to explain your main point; then gave another relatable example in steve harvey. What i took from this in reference to myself is that i need to not be celibate for the sake of it, and exercise celebacy intentionally in order to make room for God to place a wife in my life
Loved this video, Im married but it’s always interesting to see how people are dealing with singleness and dating in this time. Prayers and blessings, your husband will come when the time is right!
