@@hereje2576 Adesanya showed more technique and was more skillful when they kickboxed and in MMA. Their 1st kickboxing fight they robbed Izzy, u should see Pereira’s face when they said his name. The 2nd kickboxing fight Izzy was winning than got caught. Same thing their 3rd kickboxing fight. In their 1st MMA fight Izzy was up on the scorecards but than Pereira caught him. And in their 2nd MMA fight Izzy knocked him out. Izzy is more skillful, has more technique, he’s more technical. Pereira js has more power.
I agree with him, Adesanya is the better kickboxer technique wise, when you look at all their 4 fights Izzy was always winning up until Pereira found the shot No hate for Pereira obviously but I feel like he relies on his power way too much
belal is the best at locking in body locks and having good cardio. He is nowhere close to the best wrestler. Arman, Islam, and Gamrot are easily better pure wrestlers. Dont even get me started on someone like Chimaev. This is the problem with people who don't actually understand the different disciplines and judge based on just looking. Same type of people who would say Khabib is the best wrestler in UFC history even tho he could nothing going in the middle ring where someone pure wrestling actually shows and had to always rely on the cage

@@Herbert_Rudolf I put Pantoja higher than Belal because he has 2 title defenses and Belal has 0, and also Pantoja kind of cleared his division. Ilia doesn’t have any defenses and other than his win over Volkanovski his 2 other best wins are Josh Emmett and Bryce Mitchell.
If you're comparing reigns then that's another story, but what makes a "good"champion is not just their defences but also their attitude with regards to fights. Illia is at the bottom with Jones Imo not cuz of who they fought/didn't fight, but rather because they refuse to fight the rightful contenders (or at atleast illia was at first)
This is a great video! The argument between DDP and Poatan is closer than I thought, but DDP has way more quality than people give him credit for. The fact that he’s the only person to submit Izzy in MMA is insane, and that skyrockets his greatness up a lot. Good reasoning for all the champs!

And Alex tweeted saying he was gonna go down to 185 to fight DDP and also on his IG. Ankalaev has been asking for the fight, the only time he denied the fight was in Ramadan when he was fasting from sunrise to sunset.
i agree with bones regarding the in -activeness... its getting ridiculous, ilia i think will get dragged in to the depths by holloway and loose via decision, i think belal has the ability to become champ for a good time i agree, pantoja is so well rounded , and against steve erceg.... he took some crazy power shots steve is so large at that weight, his god dam legs looked like fu**ing sea biscuit's legs compared to pantoja , the last few you have are a toss up for me, but i will always believe the G>O>A>T is brendan schaub , big love spaz, . it's "only business"

@@Amrgoated Yeah that’s true, I’ll try stretching them out longer for sure. I put Islam over Khabib bc he fought better comp and has same amount of title defenses and has a longer win streak. I put Izzy over Silva bc Izzy fought better comp has 5 title defenses and hasn’t lost as much matches as Silva, and Izzy is a 2 time champ, Silva was never able to get the belt after the Weidman fight.

Volknoski was like 20 pounds lighter and still gave Islam the toughest fight of his life the better comp argument isn’t really all that , also dominance Khabib dominated a prime Dustin porrier while Islam struggled with a an 35 year old Dustin porrier Khabib was over all more skilled and dominate also he always fought the number one contender Conor was the number one contender and got dominated and finished Dustin was the number one contender and got dominated and finished justin got dominated and finished also outside those 3 wins ( volk Charles and Dustin ) who has Islam beat drew Dober ? Out side Khabibs good 3 wins (Justin Conor and Dustin ) he beat prime Edsen barbosa (at the time still ranked at lw ) micheal Johnson ( at the time a top 10 guy ) and RDA ( a former champ ) I do think all time Islam has a better resume due to volk 2x but lw resume + dominance Khabib is clearly the goat Islam needs one more win and for the sillva one I understand but silva fighting worst competition followed up by sillva being way more dominate and having way more finishes also Izzy has been out striked 4 times (Jan Alex 2x and Strickland )in his prime while silva has never seriously been out striked except when he was in his 40s on short notice against the best in the world at the time (Izzy dc etc ) plus having DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF CONSECUTIVE TITLE DEFENSES is just fucking insane I know you love Izzy and it’s super close but silva has to be the mw goat
@@ngonimandizha7738 Yeahh I don’t wanna waste peoples time, I know most would say Spider over Izzy, but I think Izzy fought better comp, 5 title defenses, 2 time champ, when Silva lost the belt he never got it, Silva went on a bad run at the end of his career, while Izzy is only on a 2 fight losing streak.
Respect that you made a follow up. Yeah the fight went pretty much how I thought, the ground game gives ddp with edge. I think he had a chance to win on the feet but it was looking like izzy was going to win if that submittion didnt happen. Honestly i dont know if ddp beats strickland in the next fight. Its always going to be a high volume striking game with both of them but I think that once again DDP's physicality outmatches prettymuch everyone in UFC Middleweight division right now so i think his ground game will be useful in every fight he takes even if the other guy is really good at avoiding takedowns (your raw strength is very impactful for takedowns/ground game in general - even if youre highly skilled, if im very strong, I probably win the ground battles)
