I hate hate HATE how this show made a mockery of Catherine of Aragon and Henry’s relationship with Mary during her childhood. Henry and Catherine were overjoyed. Henry called her his pearl. Mary was the light of Catherine’s life and she lived for her daughter she loved her daughter so so much. Here it’s like those two didn’t even give a damn about her.

Also that part is fiction. She did marry Arthur as she was sent there to do!!! But the never had sex. I find it highly unlikely that Katherine a deeply religious and pious women would put her soul at risk for eternal damnation just to marry Henry. Who was actually 10 at the time of her marriage to Arthur. Katherine did love Henry until her dying days. That part is real. She was a remarkable women for her time and a hell of a Queen. She is still beloved and celebrated to this day in England
I get chills every time I hear Rosa say Catherine your mother was queen Isabel of Castile. Rosa knew the power in the lineage that Catherine of Aragon held.
Not only that... Catherine who descendant from her mother was also a warrior Queen... Defeating the Scottish army while pregnant at the battle of Flodden, even killing the Scottish king. She was her mother's daughter. Rosa reminds Catherine that Mary is from a line of warrior Queens.
@@greeneyelightskin746 basically the parent were having problems and some of the kids had to split up with each others houses and in THSI moment junior the young tall one who usually wouldn’t say anything got upset and also with Diane the younger one with glasses who also almost never gets upset at anything gets upset because her parents were having bad arguments and we about to divorce
I didn't even know it existed until this week, but that good because I hate these ridiculous shows about multi millionaire barely middle class families. Like FRIENDS is all about minimum wage workers that have the resources of a wealthy person, so impossible and such a slap in the face of most of this country.
omg I remember this storyline. It had me upset and in tears cause it felt like it came out of nowhere. It's one of those storylines that makes you think the show is coming to an end.
