G’day, I am a young Aussie fella from Newcastle. This channels soul purpose is to showcase the incredible machines known as ‘garbage trucks’. You may know of them as the loud truck that rolls down your street once a week to pick up the garbage from your dwelling. However to me this is a lot more then just that.
On this channel we will take a more in-depth look on garbage trucks from different regions and cities in Australia. I dedicate a lot of my time to researching and uncovering information about these machines to enhance the quality and reliability of my videos. I will travel across New South Wales and beyond to hunt down the best trucks in action. I hope this channel can prove that the stereotypical garbage truck can be a lot more than meets the eye!
Thats me, with no training. I'm self taught and use to drive sl92 on the Georges river and bayside contracts. Just over a year ago. I had that run down there for 6yrs so there's a few vids

Didn’t think the Dennis rigs were that old eh? Would’ve thought they might been held onto for a bit longer. Sweet footage though mate these trucks look the part 100%. Picked a good time of day to shoot this, all the colours contrast really well 🤙
They’ve kept most the Dennis however a handful have been sold off to URM to service Cumberland. Due to the company being an external business of the council they have the money to upgrade the units every 6-7 years. Apparently they are still waiting on some new Volvos hence why there are a few Dennis kicking around still. Cheers Max 🤙🏻
