Hate to meet him coming in the opposite direction in the wet and dark, hope he's informed his insurance company of Mod , otherwise if he causes an accident and brightness of headlights contributed his insurance could be invalid.
Hi Mark , does it not have a hand primer pump for the fuel ? I am looking at the video @ 22:30 what is that to the right of the filter housing above the yellow plug from here it looks like a primer bulb, Nice lights through
Hi Mark ,guy at the Ford garage told me those rheostats burn out when you go straight to the high fan speed he said go up 1 ,2,3 etc the motor from standstill puts too much load on it
Hi, I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but carpartsforless on eBay is fast for parts. Big warehouse in Ilford. Fast and well packed pattern parts. Not sure how costs compare to trade ones with motex or euros. Hope this helps
So things improved with bread and butter work coming in well diagnosed on the ford Mark l bet you couldn't work without the rise and fall ramps Mark they have made life easier as we come towards xmas work is bound to slow down a bit but life goes on
The fiesta plugs are definitely the original ones.we used these when we built these engines in wales.when the tops are solid not unscrewable they are original.
It's weird with the airbag light but get exactly the same kind of thing on my Fiat Punto, if ever the battery gets discharged when I haven't used the car in a while. It throws the air bag light on and an error message on my dashboard when you start it, but gives you no fault codes and as soon as you drive it a little bit then it goes!!
The older Mercedes parking sensors only work visually until you get very close to an object and the last two bars go from orange to red then they become audible as well. There is a RU-vid link by Mercland that explains it. The rear parking sensor visual bars are able to be seen in your rear vision mirror. Makes good sense if you think about it.
Are the sensors two wire (power wire and signal wire)? It this is the case the sensor may have power but if the signal wire is the bad you won't get a reading from the sensor.
Hello Mark, great video the Mercedes B180 is looking awesome with the wheels done and a wash,my dad's Mokka has sensors and beeps for a while til it resets itself then it's fine,or use the parking sensor switch off/on inside the car.
