Not many have the maturity to take breaks. Since you've covered the 100-LT and that gun mechanic, I'd line to see your take on the WZ light tank and what are your thoughts of that tank.

Cali, egld, refined, improved modules, armor, toolbox, optics, engine, high end On an auto reloader I’d just prefer calibrated. Vents just doesn’t do enough for me to want it on the carro
Solid advice. Like the clip management advice. This is something that I try and manager in autoloading tanks to the point where it's become an anxiety (prepping clips for engagements). Have the carro, but don't play it a lot due to the same points you mentioned. 3.5 sec intraclip can be a turn off. Some great advice here. I play the swindler a lot at Tier 8 and it has a similar mechanism and the DPM is best just shooting the first clip and reloading but obviously it's a different tank to the Carro with it's mobility and camo. Some of the tactics here could be applied to the Mino, Kran and similar heavy clippers.
Yes this same thing most defenitely applies to the mino and the kran. The difference is that those tanks are usually ok reloading their clip on the front line, with a medium people are way more inclined to push you because these engagements are faster. I should have said that starting with those tanks is also a good idea for learning the carro, because while you follow the same principles and discover when you’re improperly managing your clip, it’s harder to die for it.
Hope it helps. Pandora mentioned in another comment that the clip management is similar to the kran and the mino, you just get punished more for doing it wrong in the carro.

Thanks for watching, yeah the dpm and the turret armor are the two main features for me. Definitely a super solid tank, and I enjoyed it a lot at first but it got boring pretty quickly for me. The games just all feel the same in it.

Please don't burn out, take your time. I feel there are other channels that have a lot of subs who don't solve the problems you do. I respect the work they put in, but your content is improving my gameplay, that's what I need more than being entertained or being a cheerleader. For example- I have had an awkward relationship with my E50M but your video on that tank put my experience into words which I found really helpful. Good luck in comps. Your subs would rather you come back fresh when you are ready than burn out and stop posting.

Thank you! The issue I have right now is learning claw method for mobile (11" tablet). I'm all thumbs but attempting to change DIY to claw. Your screen doesn't show aim/fire buttons so I was wondering what methid you use. 3 other streamers have drastically different mobile screen setups so it looks like there is a strong personal preference involved in setup.
Next video I’ll try to remember to post a screenshot of my hud. I don’t use claw, I have an 11” iPad as well. I usually lay back in a recliner or couch or something and rest it on my lap and just use my thumbs. I rely on auto aim heavily, but in some close up situations I turn it off and my aim is completely fine that way. I also used to play a lot of mobile fps games on my phone like this so I’m just used to it. I wouldn’t go out of your way to learn a whole new wonky set up if you can just get better at the normal way. Like you said, it’s preference, not necessarily better.
The bushes gives a total of 80% camo maximum (not including the tanks's concealment). So basically if the tank has 20% or more camo, behind 2 bushes (50% + 50% but max is 80%) your total camo is greater or equal to 100% which mean you only get spotted at proxy range, i.e. 50m
Interesting. I heard from another viewer on discord that the 80% cap also applies to the tanks base concealment. I’ll have to rest in a training room. Basically he said the with my 73% camo the bush only adds the extra 7% that totals out to 80 and I can’t go above that.
@@fabernackle considering in a wot mechanics video by wargaming they specifically said in some cases your camo is good enough to only be proxy spotted if you are in a bush, i'd like to believe 80% is the cap to bush bonus, not total concealment values
Longer videos are fine. Solid video and you cover it all. Eish that E100 reporting you for "cheating" because they don't understand spotting mechanics. Usually I tend to go off on seeing the chat on other servers (play on EU so don't see it) but that was kinda entertaining.

Hard to say this without being harsh, but it's kinda crazy how someone gets to Tier X and doesn't know how the spotting mechanics works. Seems he didn't know about the 3 second rule and that you are spotted before the lightbulb alert goes off. Fair play for tooning with the guy as you can get a sense of his despair as you whittle them down.
Not at all man. I can tell you enjoy the videos that’s all. Yeah I mean I don’t think it’s his fault though. The game used to be 100x harder to grind but nowadays they basically boost you to tier 8 for free. I remember even just getting a tier 5 took multiple sessions for me, and I could really only get one tier 6 a month. If I start a new account today, which I might do for a play through series, I could probably get multiple tier 10’s in a week, or grind a ton of lines to tier 7 and only face bots. Just something to think about, they made the game more approachable at the cost to the sense of reward that the grind used to give you. Now it feels pointless I just free xp everything lol

Also what are your thoughts on calibrated shells on tanks like this/leo1 etc. I feel like their playstyle benefits more fram rammer but i find myself being able to make use of the cali occasionally, it could be that i’m not really that developed as a player.
Yes I run gunpowder, but this only boosts the velocity to 1350. I will not run supercharged because the aim time boost is more important to me. Calibrated shells is less of a skill decision than it was in previous updates, it actually provides enough of an advantage to be worth it. That being said on all my mediums except for the stb-1 I run rammer, and there simply isn’t a time where I wish I had more pen. The stb is different because you can directly fight heavies, and Cali allows you to own the front of an e100 turret etc. It’s not necessarily a bad thing to run Cali, just see what you like more. It's so nice to have people like you who knows what they are talking. A lot of guides on blitz recenty on youtube and they aren't made by experienced players. I even heard a reviewer say carro45 has really good mobility :( Wg should pin your videos to the in game client. People are missing out.
Lol thanks. I think a lot of people are biased in reviewing tanks because if they like a tank it automatically must be good and if they dislike a tank it’s automatically bad. I have said before that I think tier 10 is extremely balanced and no tanks are impossible to perform in.
The STB-1 is absurdly strong. To balance it, Wargaming should reduce the alpha of the premium AP shells from 320 -> 300. If Wargaming wishes to keep the current alpha, they could also reduce the power-to-weight to slow the tank down. The STB-1 is probably the most comfortable tier X tank currently, mainly due to its 11° of gun depression and its very difficult-to-pen turret.
Eh idk I think it’s just absurdly easy to play. To balance it out they could give it weaker hull armor so that it still retains its strengths. Any medium will pen in on flat ground or in a brawl reliably and all the other tier 10 meds have considerably higher dpm. So if you don’t let it shoot you or try to contest it on a ridge line it’s pretty easy to counter tbh.
Nice message at the end of this and totally agree. Too many only play "meta" tanks and only pander to what the pros play. You make a valid point in that there aren't many of these that feature in games and how that can be a good thing for someone playing the tank. I'm on the Tier 9 and kinda forgotten all about the line. Wasn't a fan of the Tier 8. Tier 9 gets a bit better. I don't play Tungsten with adrenaline combo so appreciated the note at the end for peeps that may vary the set up. With the recent update, can only assume this thing got better. Would have liked to have seen your provision set up, as this thing has gear oil (for example) and was curious if you were using that from some of the things you were mentioning in the vid.

Solid video. Also went for the Avenir and from some of the games so far, you cover the good and bad with the tank. It's more of a gun and run tank than the Tier X batchat. Gun is pretty average both dispersion and penetration. Oddly we can still earn tickets for the event so it seems WG messed up on the end date that they originally communicated. Enjoyed the thought process. Pretty much light tanking 101. Your videos are good in the way that I find they usually make me want to play the game and play the tanks you are discussing.
Yeah I find the 2.4 interclip really helps me make sure I get at least two shots before I’d have to trade I’m glad you thought it was good. It’s funny that my videos have that effect I get that for other games and RU-vidrs lol
One thing you didn’t mention (or i missed) is tech tree one has spall liner consumable, so that might make a difference for less careful light tank players. I recently got e6 and obj260, i really liked e6 and i’m doing pretty good in it. But i’m struggling to find the perfect way to play the 260. It’s not as flexible as the e6 i feel like. In theory they are both heavium but i feel like 260 is worse in every aspect. What are your thoughts on the 260, what should i do different to extract more out of it?
For the first part, I didn’t notice that but it’s my opinion that if you are in a situation where spall benefits you in a light you’re already dead. Doesn’t stop me from running it, but the point still stands. The 260 is worse than the e6. It used to be my absolute favorite tank before the last change to it, when it had 420 alpha it was absolutely busted. I’m sure it plays the same as it used to, but it lost it’s only advantage over the e6. As far as play style, take it on flanks where you will meet meds or crossfire the heavies. Peek a boom is your friend, your armor is trash. Good luck

Yeah. It was considered a buff because it now has hull armor, it’s used to have 80mm or something absolutely useless, but it was super fast and had higher alpha. I never once reload on the armor, and they gave it more armor. Thanks wg
The Foch was desperately in need of a buff, and I think Wargaming did an okay job of making it more attractive to play with the new provisions and consumables. The Object 268’s camouflage values and reverse speed should be nerfed, the tank is absurdly strong in its current state.
I made a video on it recently. That was one of my points, gun misses but now needs to hit another shot. When you get used to it and aim all the way in it’s ok, but there’s no reason to pick it over a t57, bat chat, 4005 or pretty much any auto loader.
I watched it already ^_^ reactive is pretty useless on it since it doesn’t matter if you can’t hit your shots, i thought the vents buff would give it better accuracy but appearantly vents doesn’t effect the gun handling. It’s crazy how much shots the tank misses the circle size doesn’t even matter unless fully aim= 50% chance to miss
Yeah that’s the issue. Not sure why but it seems like the gun is almost a guaranteed miss until fully aimed. This tank was very good and balanced with three shots, then wg had to go ruin it. Figures.

I think the 4202 is better than the vickers, although I haven’t played it since the update. 4202 is a normal tank, mino is not so that’s up to you. Do you want a weird unique and very good tank or a more normal medium that’s also super unique
I've been running the tech tree WT, and the 15cm gun is so much better than the 12.8, and the Ritter has a superior 12.8. I like the gameplay, but the WT's are definitely more team dependent. I have enough tickets to get either, but I'm torn between the 2. My only tier 9 heavy is a stock Fänrik which isn't that great.
I think I’d go for the heavy from what you’re saying. Whichever one you get you can’t go wrong, And remember the ritter is not the same as a tt wt with the 128. It’s significantly better
how do you get a reload in a tank i fire 2 and it is a 3 shot tank how can i get it to reload my tanks i have 2 AT loader one is a 2 shot and one is a three shot i have to fire them all to get a reload how dost it work are a am just missing something? thankyou for the help
Two things you’re missing. First, your tanks are auto loaders, this is an auto reloader like the kranvagn and progetto. This means you can fire any shot from the clip, and then after the interclip for the next shell it automatically starts reloading the one you fired. This comes at the expense of lower dpm than an auto loader and usually worse gun stats like longer interclip reloads(the time between shells). Now for your question: you have an auto loader, but you can reload your entire clip at any point after firing the first shell, either by double tapping your shell icon on mobile, or pressing “c” on pc. Remember, even if you only fired one shot, you have to wait the entire reload instead of it being shorter if you only fired one shot like an auto reloader. Auto reloaders automatically reload one shell at a time, auto loaders always have the same clip reload time that only starts if you decide to reload or if you fire all your shots. Hope this helps, lmk if anything needs clarification

No problem. Sounds like you’re still on the newer side, so don’t beat yourself up over it. This game has a long, slow learning curve and your career stats are unimportant and usually don’t represent how you’re playing currently. Use blitzstars.com to track your sessions and 30 day to see if you’re improving and what tanks you do good in. Keep at it, it’s worth it

Haha thanks man! That’s cool you got that tank it’s really good but you managed to find one of the few tanks I don’t own. I can’t really give you advice on it because I’ve literally never played it, but I can say thing two of them a few comp seasons ago with tungsten adrenaline absolutely swept games. Great stuff! Thank you. But we are still stuck with a bogus MM because Droodles (and others) SCREAMED about skills based MM penalizing the "best" WOTB players. So we have WOTB NFL players playing the local high school football team because there is no MM factor for skills. Wnd up with boring, lopsided game results. It is like Meadsy69 says, in 40% of WOTB games you are going to win 7-3 or 7-0 regardless because your team is NFL players, in 40% of the games you and the local HS noob team are going to lose 0-7 or 3-7 regardless of what you do. Then maybe 20% of WOTB games you have close battles and can influence.the results. THIS IS BORING for vets AND it is driving away new WOTB players. Only 20% of WOTB battles are truly competitive.
With sbmm, even though the goal is to increase that 20% of fun games you were talking about, it just results in sweeps every game. I have a 56% career winrate, sbmm bumped my 30 day from 65% to 72%. The games were straight up boring, the results were very close to fixed. I talked about it more in my video on this topic, but in my opinion the randoms match maker is what allows for the diversity of games and random situations that make the battles unique and enjoyable. With sbmm, at least in my experience, every game was the same thing on each respective map. A whole separate argument is that it handicaps bad players so much that they will never improve. This is an interesting topic I’ve seen arguments both ways on, but I just can’t agree that it’s a good feature because it skill compensates everyone outside of average winrates. We already have ratings mode, which if you get into high plat/ diamond everyone pretty much knows what they’re doing, and we have noob mm. Remember this game is supposed to be hard. Especially at tier ten. The learning curve at tier ten can be hard, but it is 100% achievable and rewarding.
New viewer here, and I found this video pretty helpful. Most map guides I’ve found are just from a gameplay perspective OR just “go this side not that side” For a new player still trying to learn a lot of aspects, this more in depth explanation was great.
The is for the input, glad you found it helpful. I think that this video is good for players that want to learn but it’s not entertaining to most people. Was interested on your take in the stats. Shame you didn't get to play the tank before the nerfs. Kind of odd how WG have nerfed it so hard. Definitely a reduction of people playing it but you still see it in games. Tank is pretty unique and not sure if its a worthy comparison, but how did you fare in the waffen in comparison?
Yeah it’s definitely played much less, but it’s not necessarily a bad tank. I think people are just reminded that it used to be much better. I think that’s a good comparison, the grille is better at holding those long lines where people are spotting for you, but the wt is more flexible because you can reverse with the turret and have fun depression. Keep in mind I’ve only played the ritter, not the tech tree variant. But the ritter at least I can stay in positions much longer and take more positions because the angles it can peek are 10x more flexible, but the actual damage output is slightly less and it isn’t as insanely accurate and snappy.
