I started playing around 2002 and quit shortly after DK's were released. I got back into OSRS around 2019 I have been working on maxing, bossing, and feeding that feeling of nostalgia from OSRS.
It’s NPC Indicators, you just add the healers name (Yt-HurKot) to the NPCs to Highlight box. Or you can shift right click them and select highlight tile or hull depending on how you want them highlighted. You can play around with the render style drop down to set color and border width.
It would cost a minimum of 45m for just the black chins to get 1 piece of gear on drop rate. Black chin method is a no go, lol. Mind as well just buy the gear or do it a different way.
Interesting to watch this guide as someone who just wants the boss kills for Fremennik diary and having done the other three bosses first so I already know the mechanics of GWD and the ecumenical key, yet still decided to sit through the first fifteen minutes of the video before we finally get into the actual boss guide, where he just stays silent while kiting the boss (and me on my herb run so wasn't even paying attention to the video) LOL
You need to complete the quest making friends with my arm to access the mine for some of the materials for the fire you’ll make there you need 60 construction, 66 firemaking, a hammer, tinderbox, saw, 2 mahogany planks, 2 steel bars, 50 efh salt, 100 te salt, 300 urt salt, and a super restore. The salt is from the mine you unlock from the quest and the restore is so you don’t get drained down low enough to not be able to make it due to the stat drain. You might want to have your con and fm a little higher than those so it’s easier to build it before your stats tick down.
Understand that he just barely made it through at the end there. with top specs like 99 def and 99 range. Regular person he is rcommending like 80 range and def willl have to run significantly longer. and it will overlap as well. Understand that items that help have percentages with them as well. so having high stats with high items help doubly.
Just to clear up my phrasing of the "Jad Phase" once Zulrah's head ducks down you can switch prayers so if Zulrah just used magic as soon as the head ducks when firing the magic attack switch to range, then once the head ducks pray magic, etc. Also if you have the elite western provinces diary done you get 1 free rez at Zulrah per day.
All they do is add a visual to it. It literally changes nothing about the guide. It's all about the ticks, not the plug-in. You just need to get better.
It just takes some practice to get the timing down you'll get it, hang in there! Something that helped me out with the axes was the better npc highlight in the runelite plug in hub. You go to the true tile tab in the plug in and add 12225, 12227 to the true tile id box and that will highlight the axes tiles when they spawn and as they move so you can see where they are as well as their hitbox and get a better idea of when to move (make sure the true tile highlight box is checked). Also if you add 12226 in the hull tab it will highlight the head when it pops up making it easier to know when to watch for prayer changes (make sure the hull highlight box is checked).
@@Smokerlife261i’m on my iron learning with saeldor and a dds, with torso, glory, d skirt etc, currently got 15 kc and my pb is 2:20 and 2 kills one trip, i have died a bunch and only pay 11k per death. My advice is to maybe take less expensive gear and specifically learn axe dodging, as i have been getting better and better with each run!
Hey man i just wanted to give some feedback, but one of the major advantages of chinning is that you roll for a successful off the damage of the primary target, ignoring the defences of the targets hit by the splash effect (in this case, Kree). Since kree has much higher defenses stats its much better to always throw a chin at the minions standing under Kree rather than kree himself, before immediately switching back to targetting kree so he doesnt fly close enough to melee you. Overall great guide for beginners but you lose a lot of damage, efficiency, and money alternating attacks the way you were. Keep up the good work tho!
I would say so but depending on your gear you’ll probably only be getting one kill trips, and the minions are going to hurt I’d probably work on getting your def up for longer trips/damage mitigation
That is a draw back of crystal, it's magic defense is lower compared to other sets (even though it's better dps vs other sets when on task) which isn't a problem for the boss itself since it's magic attack rolls off ranged defense, but the magic minion will hit you a lot. You could try taking a bulwark to swap to between attacks with the bow to reduce minion damage as well as bringing blood barrage and bones to peaches for after the boss goes down to top up your hp before the next kill.
That the boss and minion count towards you next kill is only if you bank at nex, once you leave the dungeon kc is back to zero. And yes it is way easier to bring you rune pouch (can be bought from the GE for cheap) with runes for bones to peaches and a teleport out. People that need a guide haven't done all the other bosses already, for the rest great video.
When you tele out you’ll lose all the kc you built up in the boss room, using the ancient room to bank will let you keep your kc at the boss so you can just go back in if you’ve had a long enough trip or just have less to farm to get back in, all the mobs in the ancient room also give more kc per kill so if you’re killing mages you only need to kill eight to get your 40 kc to bank since they give 5 kc a piece.
Yes but you’d still have to right click zily to attack since that would remove her left click attack option. That setting is great for bandos or k’ril though!
