Suga drove on his small scooter with seat, in front of police and they did not arrest him while driving. Police came to assist Suga’s fall and smelled alcohol. Suga’s statement saying he fell while parking, can be understood, and he turned sharply to enter the drive, where he would have to park to get to the gate to unlock for entry. Where he fell turning is just few feet from security gate. The police state that they have never divulged the DUI testing results to anyone. Also the 500 meters account is correct as first stated. Suga was fined and license revoked, then escorted back to same gate and home. Suga and HYBE both have made official statements.
