Need a recommendation for The 870 on barrel length. I'm looking to shorten my standard size barrel down to 18.5 for Home Defense. Can't Find One Anywhere Less than $180

Good content. One thing nobody mentions about the 870 barrel swap is that you don't want to over tighten the nut as it is possible to slitly distort the bore. If you don't tighten it enough the notch in the barrel tennon can knock the ejector loose. I've seen both issues.

Thank you. Just got a Smith & Wesson model 1000. And it didn't have an instruction booklet because I bought it used obviously. I did contact Smith and Wesson and they actually had an instruction booklet that they are sending to me but this is the only real thing that seems to be wrong with it is that I could only get two rounds into it. this is.my.most wanted carry pistol. or an hk p30. im wanting to replace my glock 19 and hk p30sk. and my sig p220 carry beat them both across the board. this in 9mm and the general aesthetic are what im wanting....if not this a beretta or CZ most likely. my favorite sig so far is the p220 Carry with SRT trigger..plus its kinda rarer than most 220s ivr seen. then my sig 1911.full size scorpion but i shot this bad boy and my crippled and one eyed ass was doublr tapping ths bullseye @ 50 and 65 feet!
