I don’t mean to make it about race , but If Astro was white , it would have been a completely different verdict , just look at his face and then look at the judges P.S : I arrest my case
First of all the lady got it because Simon wanted to punish ASTRO. No one is going to tune in every week to watch an older person unless is comedy over a younger person. The masses want youth in front of them. Two) Simon you have to be able to look past the surface and see and here the log ice that is coming from a source that has been through tragedy and is heaven-bent on being successful. Any artist in his position being asked to compromise their love, their sacrifices, their intellect would jump into their feelings. ERIKA BADU “I’m an artist and I’m sensitive about my shyt”! Simon was wrong. Based on talent ASTRO should’ve gone through, you don’t teach a child a life lesson on an international platform in front of millions. Save that for later. Wrong move Simon. Mr. ASTRO stuck to his guns that is all he did. You never punish a person for sticking to their assisted. Nuff said. Respectfully.
Look back at this now he was very young and I understand where his pain was coming from cause he wasn't just singing songs that was writing before he was writing every week and the other contests wasn't putting in the as much brain power as he was it was just them singing other people words vs him writing his own stuff
People are coming down on Simon for lecturing Astro but I'm sure that is probably the first time in Astro's life that somebody said anything to him about his attitude. So you "new age" parents, you need to start saying something to your kids about their behavior and attitude while they are still young because it will be embarrassing when they get older.
Yeah but his parents shouldn't have let him go on if he's like this. Unfortunately this is a reality talent show and you are gonna get knocked back a few times in any talent industry. Tbh in all I didn't agree with Simon's decision to allow teens to audition in UK version initially it wasn't allowed because it can mess with a kids confidence
Tbh I was a bit Astro fan at the time he was on the show. I have to admit he was being somewhat disrespectful to the audiences but I can’t blame him bc sometimes when you’re that angry it’s just too tough to control your emotions...
they eliminates him because they need someone thats match with trend nowadays and plus he is the kid..they need more time to train him so they thinks this is waste of time..they used him to hit high rating tv show of x factor and then kicks him out because they found the real singer couldve been the actual selection rather than 14 years old young rapper
You clearly never saw that season of X Factor, Astro was leaps and bounds ahead of everyone there in terms of being a future huge star and showing artistry and he was 14, all of his performances were the best each week before he was eliminated. He was eliminated solely because of this because the voters on these shows vote like idiots often and Astro was 100% right, he shouldn't of been there.
And a boy... boys are taught to have attitude.. and not cry when emotional... therefore he did exactly that... Simon only cried when his mother died... and is a prick most of the time.. but he cannot relate... to this boys having that same type of stANK ATTITUDE... despite it being far far more toned down than Simon at his worst on that show.. he actually told ugly women to fix their teeth because he could not concentrate on their voice.. and said their dress was ugly... he is not perfect.
Fr because probably the realest person Simon will ever meet people don't just be walking around bougie in Brooklyn unless Simon's British butt not only that hes a kid so kids have a purety and rawness to them they see things as they are adults don't@@sigmasiren7
I remember this and that is b/s about that kid crap. He is old enough to know he is not suppose to act like that. That was back then, and look at these bad ass youth his age today, they are still babying them after they have killed and maimed people. Tonight I went looking to see what he is doing today, but at the same time I remembered how arrogant he was.
he went on to acting, he was in the movie Echo, and a tv show called red beand society. He is being featured in a rapper magazine called xxl freshman for 2016
I remember this day i was so upset, because that lady couldnt even sing i mean come on really, at the end of the day who was forgotten and who do we ALL remember
Simon should know better ... this is why kids that age shouldn't be allowed to enter this contest. don't have a go at a kid for being kid and having an attitude .. he's a teenager what does he expect?
+Xavier Collins ...I listened to this several times but I never heard him say that and don't believe that he would either. Can you point out when, please?
Xavier Collins ...I honestly believe that you are mistaken.I do not hear him say that or even mouth it. Plus, there would have been a major uproar, throughout the media. He is much to smart to even let that enter his head!Much less come out of his mouth,on national tv...broadcast all over the world.
rude kid but i heard her mum says that he feel abandon even though is like this is still a competition face it what happens if u take part in it competitions will have eliminations and thats why is called a competition whatever the results come accept it . if u have that type of attitude in the music business no one likes it and no one loves to work with u
On that show you're meant to cry rivers of tears and tell everyone how badly you want to be a pop star. Him? "Why should I go and sing again for people who don't want me here?" Good for him. Astro you just didn't cry on tap as simon cowell planned lol
Astro... talented young man from the hometown. People can say what they want about him being arrogant and immature, or whatever, but to shed tears and apologize, in front of millions of people... Now that shows heart. Most grown people can't even do that, even when they're dead wrong, in private! Kudos Astro, Keep aimin for the stars bro!
In a way, Simon was right. You have to be a grown up (or at least act like one) if you wanna do something in that industry and acting like a brat is the complete opposite of that. He might be an okay rapper, but his attitude completely turns off lots of people
