my remote was flashing red today. I charged it fully before i left the house. im sure it wasnt sending signal to the collar. My dog ran off and was chasing sheep and i lost him for half an hour. I have no idea what happened. What does a flashing red light on the remote mean?! was he out of range? It 100% was not the battery
Probably means you put it into "pairing" or "programming" mode by holding down the power button too long. Consult the owner's manual on that one; if you don't have a copy, you can download it from their website.
I checked the manual and didn't see anything. I didn't have the controller on hand at the time, all the buttons work fine I already made sure it was sync. Maybe it was just a glitch. Thanks for the quick response
I was told by a trainer to treat it like human putting on clothes in the morning and then take it off for sleeping as you mentioned. How do we then avoid our dogs from getting necrosis or irritation from having these on all day?
