I just found this video. Just getting started in stitch dies. Love your project. But I had to answer YES I am a tedious worker. I wouldn’t abandon a project because of that. lol
Dawn, I'm really late to the game but love your ideas! I started stitching with tut spellbinders dies after Christmas last year and lucked on to the 2023 stitchmas after the holiday season. I would have struggled through just like you did and finished the ornament no matter what! But because you struggled, I don't have to! Thanks for the great ideas and the chuckles.
Dawn, thank you so much for your clear explanations for how to color and why you do it the way you do. I gotta say, the 5 X7 card is my fav. It 's just such a happy card.
Oh Dawn, this is super cute! While I don’t usually do storybook characters, I think these are so sweet! Flowers are more my jam but your designs are so adorable! Bravo, girl! ❤🥰👏
Fantastic cards Dawn! The storybook style backgrounds you created are perfect for the stamped images you illustrated. I could see any of them in a children’s book. Really beautiful.
When I have fewer good Copics to use (because I have let them get bad) I have used multiple layers of the same marker to create the darker parts. I just flick on more.
Excellent video! I thank you for sharing a way to get rid of those white edges on die cuts which I dearly don’t love! Your cards are absolutely beautiful, My favorite is the 5 x7, but they are all fantastic! 💞💞💞 0:33
Do you know I just saw some cards from Whaline and they were basically this exact creations. I just felt like did you all really rip Dawn and Kelly off right now???
What is the oval die called or where is it from on the Father’s Day card? I have all the things except this die and I would love to know where to purchase.
Dawn, these cards are stunning, I love the colors you chose!! I would absolutely love to see more color play; much as I love color, it’s something I struggle with when crafting. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
Thank You So Much for the stacked die tip. Brilliant! I have watched other creators cutting out frames and gluing them in stacks, but, it has never worked for me. Can't wait to try the press and seal.
