This clarified it quite a bit, but how long does a season last? I also don't know much about the reward system yet. I only managed to clear the first challenge before hitting a roadblock thanks to a lack of healers or shielders.
Seems like i might be skipping this next event, no one really interests me. And as a new player i was mostly just prioritizing collectong a few characters i wanted from a while ago. Also i read around in a few places and it was rumored that Ganyu will be showing up for one of the upcoming events.
When I saw thumbnail, I already knew the answer but click on it anyway. The only way to have this much 5star as f2p is playing lots of time (start as early days of games) you can spend time and work and earn money and spend some of it on game or you can spend all of that time on game instead but you spending something anyway and time us as important as money (if not be more important).

ive got the battlepass once as a gift, however im still f2p, however with my only C6 being lynette, im proud to have arle, wanderer and clorinde c0 with no skins, and still having fun
The secret is to enjoy the game, not the pulls. If you're already too focused on winning at the pulling aspect of the game, you're not made for F2P lifestyle. My strategy is to build the characters that you currently have if you're out of primos or saving for the next banners. Explore the world organically. Solve puzzles as you encounter them. Do all char trials, daily commissions, spiral abyss, and limited time events (especially this). Don't forget HoYoLab Daily check in, Livestream codes (only active for 24hrs), and the free primos after every patch. A good amount to have is around 12K Primogems when new banner drops. If it was a character that you really want, you'd better save up 24K. It's okay to build pity or pulling for the 4-star IF you don't mind getting the 5 star character of that banner. If you accidentally get the 5-star for just 10-40 pulls, you are already winning. The worst thing to do is tempting fate by building pity on your guaranteed (after losing your 50/50) on a banner that you don't really want. Lastly, know when to stop gambling. It's better to have abundance of primos than not have it when you really need to use it.
i dont think the game will be closed as now developer/company wants one of their main sources of profit to stop, but if they make another game that gets more attention, they might stop the story and update the game slowly ( what happened to honkai impact )
Pulling for meta is a terrible tip if you want to imemerse yourself in the game Just pull for the characters you like and some mid invesment like lvl 80, 7-7-7 talents, and on set artifacts with the correct mains stars (dont bother abt the substats unless you actually feel like spending a week to farm) can get you through most of the whole game until you need to pull for a more recent character bc of powercreep
I tell you the real essense of this whole video - -play the game simply for 4 years ! tada and you logically have many 5s by then even as a F2P, if you play this game for 4 years actively every single day to miss out on no events, do every single web event, get evry singe primo code you can get your hands on, do actively Abyss as good as possible to gain at least 300-450 primos regulary - amd be LUCKY naturally, because thats all that this game is about ... I self had once a 50/50 win streak of 7 in a row, which netted me in that way alot of characters and some cons for characters i have already, like turning my Hutao from C0 to C2 due to extremely early 5s while I was pulling actually for the 4s to C6 them As F2p to say, dont 100% everything is ridiculous, especially as F2P you WILL WANT to explore absolutely every place to 100%, because collectign in all the chests, doing all quests, doing all the achievements ect. pp is YOUR MAIN INCOME for Primogems. Not everybody will be so extremely lucky, like her, so you will absolutely want as F2P to do everything, that gets you the neccessary primos to get yoru pulls together. Also never forget... being F2P in this game is NO COMPETITION..its fucking not important how many 5s you have..you can play the whole game through with only 4s Characters the game gives you for free, if you build them... Just play the freaking game, explore all of it, achieve all of it and your 5s will come in automatically sooner or later the longer you play the game actively daily, thats the whole "secret" to it.
The only "secret" for so many 5 stars is to play for a long time. I've been playing not from day 1 but also from almost the very beginning and I also have so many 5 stars and so many c6 4 stars. It's just a matter of having been playing for a long time.
