What I don't believe in is psychology ITSELF. Never allow yourself to be psychoanalyzed by someone who is crazier than you are and wants to know everything about you. That's just creeptastic.
Psychopaths can taught ethics and empathy? Unless they are very different from their sociopath cousins, they are physiologically incapable of such things; peer reviewed research show that a sociopathic brain, when, say, shown pictures of suffering people, shows no neural activity in those parts of the brain related to guilt, conscience and empathy. A psycho/sociopath knows that he or she must act "ethically" in situations where not to do so would incur ostracization from others, interfere with career advancement, or criminal penalties, and the like. That is where not to behave "ethically" would incur consequences. Given a situation where very unethical behavior will result in personal gain without consequence, they will do so. And, this video has the ring of an Onion video. "Are you a psychopath? There is help! Call the Trump Psycopathic Center at 1-800..."
"Jesus is the truth the life and the way. No one comes to the Father except through Him." Don't worry about a non-existent past life.Worry about your eternal afterlife.
Im soo quite and alone I don't have that big group of friends due to self control and anger management issues so i find being alone and minimizing contact with people so relieving
Some would like us to believe that everybody's interactions are nothing more than a state of using one another for our own gain whether emotional or otherwise .exchanges for personal gain . I've listened to empty people actualy teach others this . But increasingly nobody can account for actions words and emotions based out of love .this world is driven more and more towards the fore mentioned has become a psychopath generating machine .
Again, another source getting it wrong. Sociopathy (ASPD) is easily explained, as is Psychopathy. Think of an old time telephone switchboard. All of the switches are glands that produce chemicals in specific combinations to create emotions. In a Sociopath, many of these switches don't work or, at the lower end of the spectrum, work poorly. At it's worse case, none of the switches work at all. Thus, Sociopaths have a lack of emotion. However, they can choose their own morality anywhere from none to extreme altruism. The good they do or don't do is by choice. Sociopathy is a mixture of genetics and environment. You must be predisposed genetically and also grow up in an environment that triggers that genetic combination. Which also means they can heal and there are vastly varying degrees of sociopathy. In Psychopathy, the switchboard has some switches that don't work and many more that work incorrectly. The combination that makes up love could be something else entirely. They tend to be delusional and like a sociopath lack empathy. Compared to a sociopath they struggle with blending in and faking emotion because they do have emotions, they're simply twisted up and don't work the way they do in "normals".
lol, "chilling video". Is it really chilling? I didn't feel anything. Probably because I am a psychopath, myself. I don't fake or hide anything to trick people. I dress up like myself on Halloween.
Thanks for watching the video! 😄 I'm glad you found it... well, not chilling at all! 😂 Dressing up as yourself for Halloween sounds like the perfect way to keep everyone on their toes. 👀 Stay spooky (or, you know, normal) out there!
Question 1: How do they become psychopaths? Psychopathy arises from a mix of genetics, brain differences, and early life experiences like trauma or abuse. These factors can combine to create the traits associated with the disorder. Question #2: Since they are emotionally detached, what does killing and raping do for them? For psychopaths, such acts may provide a sense of power, control, or thrill rather than emotional satisfaction. Their emotional detachment often means they lack empathy and remorse.
I actually saw a segment about this on "That's Incredible" in the early 80's. They showed that pink could actually calm and weaken someone after they had looked at a sheet of pink paper, and strengthen them after they had looked at blue paper. I tried it at show-and-tell at school, and it worked. I have no idea if the kid I tried it on was just playing along, or what, but I was thrilled, and remember it to this day, 40+ years later. They did show prisons using pink rooms to calm prisoners, too.
Thank you for sharing your interesting experience! It's fascinating how colors can have such a psychological impact. The story from "That's Incredible" and your own experiment really add a unique perspective. It's amazing how these memories stick with us over the years. Thanks again for contributing to the conversation!
