Caitlin is accustomed to competent teammates who 1.) can catch the ball 2.) are aware of the games circumstances and 3.) know to expect the passes. Her passing and shooting skills in college exceeded the WNBA standards. Coming to the Fever was a degrading transition from a great team at Iowa to a piss poor team. Her teammates at Iowa knew they were likely to have a ball heading toward them if the court looked like it was opening up because Caitlin would have already recognized the opportunity.

Clarks stats would be much better if she had good teamates. so many assists Clarks makes and gets no points because her teamates miss the shot. pair her up with some good support and she will bring the team together for a FINALS like JOKIC
