Can I create a product that has a split of membership and donation? For example 3 memberships at $10 each ($30) and $20 donation for a total of $50? When I set it up, each membership was split $50/3 instead. Thank you!
Is there a way to edit the School Year field so that we can do membership drives during our Kindergarten Orientations that happen BEFORE the current year is done. I'd like the option to let them choose to pay for their NEXT year's membership when the new students are beginning school.
Sure! March 1 is the earliest you can start selling next year's memberships, but if you want it enabled you can email to support@memberhub.com with details about your organization and request.
If a previous PTA treasurer got our Stripe account set up, does the account need to be updated when that person is no longer the treasurer? (The email account she used is the PTA account that new board members can access, so that's not a problem.)
Yes. The past officer will need to transfer the account to the new officer in order to remove their personal information and add the new officer's information.
