None of the following was written by Niko Papastefanou, to boast of oneself in the 3rd person is simply pretentious... (though he is looking over my shoulder right now...) Niko has fearless comedic instincts that equally match his grounded dramatic performances both on screen and on stage, and of course when called for, some great improv skills. He was raised in NYC by a big Greek/Italian family, where he earned a BFA in acting from Pace University. Niko's a proud member of LGBTQ+ community. Just a FEW highlights from his career so far: The unstable (to say the least) UNSUB on CBS's Criminal Minds, being directed by Danny A in "Blackjack: The Jackie Ryan Story," getting eaten to death by Doug Jones in Todd Tucker's "The Terror of Hallows Eve," and taught by Lesly Kahn herself where he thinks she described him as either yummy or funny, he didn't quite hear her when she said this but either one makes him blush. (Oh good, he's on the phone... I'm gonna get out of here before he
Nah you tweaking lol. This was the ground work that made it so that Denzel Washington was the only man that could play the role, because Denzel is that good and this was that good
People think this is a strong father.. it’s not. He’s was beaten down by up bring and racism which caused him to not be content with his life. Instead he became mean, harsh and lustful for a better life. I see this movie as things I have to red flag in my own life as a man not patter myself after.
I don't get why people laugh in this part. This is a very complex theme between a father and a son. This an important lesson to learn but it's so sad that Troy doesn't show his son the love that deep down he has. Troy is a very tormented character but it didn't stop him to do his, in his words, a man's job
Honestly, if I was in a stage play and I have to play as the young man, and if the actor who plays asy character's father is this man, I'd be scared for my life.
I don't know if I enjoy the sentiment very much, or perhaps I don't fully understand it, but boy does Mr. Jones make it feel like he's scolding me directly. Job well done.
Fantastic performance. But you can teach your child about duty, work ethic, perseverence and yet the ability to love, and show affection. Its not a zero sum game.
There is a really serious problem with the ending , and that is he should of said, and that is ,, i love you son that's why the the psychology life lessons is very bad . What this is saying is that is okay to hate and not love want to say how long we get along and not loving each other, don't wait I'm going to tell you housewives of Life lesson the ending of this video should have been I love if they hate you they most certainly going to kill your ass when ain't nobody around.
This scene was definitely played differently in the movie. Here, there’s an air of not so much love as there is in respect. In the movie, it’s played as a punishment.
"Im your parent, why should i love or care about you in a meaningful way when i could treat you like shit while doing what i need to keep you from dying, mostly so i have someone to take out my self loathing on?"
I can’t look at Denzel the same way again. He’s like if Brad Pitt didn’t take the craft seriously and coasted on his looks, charisma, smile. I hated training day. Pathetic IM ACTING crap. James Earl Jones exposed him - Denzel is a hack. Denzel completely misinterpreted the role to a bizarre degree.
