i recently played ff4 (before playing endwalker) and. and since i love every single ff4-related song in endwalker i think it definitely helps playing ff4 to appreciate the ff4-songs in endwalker.
A really good ranking of the songs and an amazing video, i appreaciate you giving some love to "Voidcast Savior" which i think it feels a bit overshadowed by the rest of the FFIV tracks. Also i adored the trivia interlude along with your closing thoughts, much love to you!! <3
Right off the bat, Tremble being bottom of the list makes me sad. I thought it was perfect for the Meteion revelation and my brain always associates it with existential dread.
Oh do know that you shouldn’t enjoy the music till you get to Endwalker The music is still Incredible as you go and shouldn’t be disregarded cause “it’s not Endwalker music”
I can honeslty say I lvoed this video with my whole heart even if some of the rankings i disagree with, I hope to see you in party finder and share this world we love together
1:01.23 fun fact about Home Beyond The Horizon, there is a lil fun tidbit when using the Blu-Ray for each song. Either a funny work story, or about the making of the songs, lemotifs, etc. (I remember for Your Answer, Soken made two of the newest people on their team do HYDAELYN'S TRIAL THEME and they were scared as hell) But for this theme, people really liked it and Soken got asked to make another version of it that removes the static pretty much. It's much more vocal forward, though it is still a bit hard to hear. Just an interesting lil fact about I remembered while listening. Great video!!

I love how even the worst tracks from Endwalker are still pretty good. Shows just how much love has been put into the game's music. Likewise, you can absolutely see how much love and effort has been put into this, it turned out great! Listening to it pre-Dawntrail to get in the mood!
Awesome video Lav!! I started playing the game a couple weeks before endwalker launch and this video really got me remembering my journey and all the frens I’ve made along the way, I even got emotional all over AGAIN towards the end with endwalker’s more powerful music lol
I appreciate you calling out the "hunt down the researchers" quest. I remember already being emotionally drained and sleep deprived, determined to get MSQ finished before going to bed and then I got to this and could feel whatever grains of sanity I had left being slowly sucked out of me from that theme. -_-
Extremely well put together and a lot of soul went into this, exceptionally well done. What an absolute perfect way for me to get to remember my whole journey of Endwalker and relive all the memories through the music. Well done Lav!
