Clean vid bro 👍, I bought transformers war and fall od cybertron last year for £40; checked their prices the other day and theyve gone up to £62. Hood video 💯 as always
i found one yesterday transformers devastation for £6 its a fun game discontinued so more than likely will be hidden gem ,dont think it will be long game by any means im half way through
Very nice video! Great picks! I recently got a slim xbox360 after finishing my masters degree and have been avudly playing the 7th gen games. I fully agree with Alice madness returns, dantes inferno and the viking game!
Another remake... I love Silent Hill 2; it's actually the only Silent Hill game I've completed. But I guess this is the world we live in now-nothing original. Most of the good stuff is sequels, remakes, or remixes of things from the 80s, 90s, or early 00s. And it's everything: games, movies, music.
1. Fallout New Vegas, I always come back to play it, great RPG, interesting world, factions, quest, ect... and infinite replayability with mods. 2.Red Dead Redemption, as a kid I was blown away by its graphics, huge map, great story and music. 3.Halo 3, my first entry to one of the best fps series.
💯 I recently found operation darkness cib for a steal and I couldn’t get into it so I sold it. I’m not keeping it for the sake of having a pricey game I won’t even play.
Well the pandemic was happening too. And people were getting free money. So there’s that. The whole collecting market was bonkers then too. But yea, after the store closing hype dies down, a lot of these will fall in price. Maybe not where they were, but not so high.
Back when I did gaming, back when I bought games new, back when I bought games on launch day, I remember the butterflies I had driving after a crappy day of college to gamestop to pick up the game releasing. The excitement of the drive to gamestop, the excitement of the drive home, new game in hand, great memories. Like a child on Christmas morning. Back when I had friends to play with, we’d get online to be in joy with the new game. Thinking things were only going to get better and better, not knowing that we were in the peak. Went to one midnight release. I didn’t like being up that late, but can’t deny that the excitement, the energy, the amperage of all the people there, was something to behold, and I’m glad I got to experience it once.
It's crazy because I picked up replaying Gears of War recently on 360, and now I see that it's been making a comeback! That's cool. Thanks for the vids, bro.
I’ve been saying this for years as well. The same thing happens with every single console generation. As soon as those kids grow up and get jobs, they start buying games from their childhood and collecting for whatever console it may be. What people should be doing is concentrating their funds on digital only games and dlc exclusive to the 360 as that’s stuff they won’t be able to buy after the 29/07/24.
Some games that are expensive on 360 are cheap on steam. I was so cheap I got dark Messiah for 2.79 on steam instead of paying $10 for a 360 eBay copy last year. But for real I started collecting 360 early last year and the prices were good for almost everything until early December and then things started randomly shooting up.
I always played Halo/Cod on my friends 360. I missed out on some cool exclusives though. I’ve collected about 50 games for it, enough to keep me content. A few bangers in there that I had a feeling would go crazy. I grew up with a PS3 so naturally I love collecting games for it, if they aren’t on newer systems.
I recently got in to playing an d collecting 360 games because when I originally got my 360 I was working two jobs and didn’t have a lot of time to play games so I missed out on a lot of great games so now that I have more free time I’m going back and having a blast playing some of my old favorite and discovering ones I’ve never played or even heard of but I’ve been sticking with the lower end price though games that are 5 to 30 bucks I’m not really going over that at the moment
I'm on the opposite side and I collect PS3 and I agree. I started collecting for PS3 years ago and I am glad that I started so long ago. I do have some 360 games but I just bought exclusives and I knew I liked. I also know that PSN for PS3 will close eventually and I bet that will make the games jump up too. It's only a matter of time that Sony will not see the point of keeping PS3 PSN open, when Microsoft is going close the 360 store.
My son gave me a 360 last year. To me, this is modern gaming. I picked up an Xbox one a month ago, I still lay the 360 more. What they did with the old hardware was amazing.
I think a lot of people have been sleeping on the 360. I think people assume there are tons of available copies of most games and they will always be cheap, but that isn't the case. Think about this.. only twice as many 360s were sold in the US compared to the Nintendo 64. N64 has 388 games and the 360 has just over a thousand physical games. There are probably way more N64 games out there given the smaller selection of games. The common games (loose, good condition) are around $50. With a huge library of games on the 360, people bought less games and less copies of unique (bad?) games were sold. So it's no surprise there are a ton of 360 games that are $50+ now that the "collectors" are buying.
That’s a good point. Finding 360 copies that are in great condition is not as easy as some may think. A lot are missing manuals or water damage or something.
I just refurbished my old Halo 3 360 and swapped the motherboard for the Jasper model and added some other cool mods. Went on the store and downloaded almost everything Bungie Halo and Gears of War related content lol. Been having a blast reliving all those great games and content.
I found a couple PS3s in my basement in December and one had a broken disc drive, so I jailbroke it to get games on it...forgot how many amazing games were on PS3 (even though my family's been an Xbox family since day one) 😅
I agree dude. I still have my 360 and kept a bunch of games as I loved it so much and still think it’s some of the best gaming I’ve ever experienced… and I switched to ps4 the next gen and been on Sony’s consoles since… for online gaming, it was the most fun I ever had! And the best era for CoD.
I don’t really know what’s going on, with the 360 prices. Because it’s only certain games I don’t believe people are looking fondly back at their time playing darkest of days and suddenly want to pay $90 for it. Also, Fatal Inertia is still available on the store and yet people will pay $150 for a completely lackluster game? SOMETHING IS GOING ON.
I think it’s a byproduct of people going back to it. But those games are definitely spiking due to collectors trying to find those uncommon and “rare” games. Also low print run games.
Nah, I believe its hardcore collectors and store owners colluding together to rake up prices of games through various tactics like posting eBay auctions or "Buy now" listings of games generally cheap but now with high asking prices and then the market reacts, forcing the average Joe or Jane to sell their games locally at higher prices too, etc
yeah i got the "red eye of death" I was so bummed.. didnt buy an xbox until the series s{bcuz the price and availability was great}. Perfect 4 me. Got xtra memory and i'm good.😁
@@Couchbitato I bought Medal of Honor and had a lot of fun. My first multiplayer experience. Then most of my friends were on COD so I switched. Kinda wish Medal of Honor would come back now. You speak well, with almost no editing? I am MScannagrow on youtube. I used Animotica on pc and Kinemaster on my phone. It was all free and fun to play with. Good luck with the channel! I'm putting notifications on😁👍
@@Couchbitato U rock dude.. I hit.1,000 subs. Not sure what i'm supposed to do now. I had relapse when my wife and dogs passed away. I know it's sad... but it's way worse than just that. Sometimes when people pass... the truth finally is revealed. Sorry dude.. just struggling right now. But i can still watch the youtube. Sorry 4 spewing...
@@SaltyLegion all good! I started playing survival horror and adventure games on twitch. Couchbitato is the name also. You can check it out to kill some time if you want. Stay strong 💪🏻
The best thing to do is pick up all the games you want while the system is current or one generation old, that way when the stores go down and the games go up in price you already have all the games, that’s why I’m picking up ps4/5 and Xbox one/series x games now. 7th generation will always be the best in my opinion.
Don't forget that we're gonna receive a new bundle of Xbox 360 and Original Xbox games that will become backwards compatible with Xbox one and series now on this new Xbox event
one that i never see anyone talk about is "Sniper elite 3" i've never been a big sniper game fan but this game is hands down one of the best shooters i have ever played! i can get lost in this game for like 4-5 hours each time i play it... another gem is "medal of honor" for the 360 great campaign and kinda sad i never tried it as a kid because it honestly might be a lil better than COD
