Grace Williams SJ it's not cruel your mixing up saddle seat with the big lick the big lick is abusive while saddle-seat is not abusive saddlebreds just have a high natural head, tail and feet set while the big kick forces Tennessee walkers to seem like their dancing and make them lift their legs up by using painful methods. doing some research will help clear up the confusion a lot and try telling others about the difference if you get a chance :)
I have a gelded son of his, he is cute and alot of fun @Lolita I many times use one hand even in the full bridle with even pressure on all four ,to reach down and gently pet a really hot one but Ive been doing this a long time. I DID ride western with AQHA 30 years but that is not why I am doing it .
Call me Ringo is a very talented horse, He looks just as well in harness as he does under saddle. He also is very expressive and uses his legs well (which means his trot is very high stepping). He is also very athletic. The rider is just keeping better timing with the horse by not posting the trot. Saddlebred trainers do this alot because of the high stepping trot. trishknox
Tomcat is beyond gorgeous! I love this horse and I have a filly out of an Undulata mare and by Tomcat. She's beyond gorgeous also. Look for us in the show ring. She is a yearling whose named is Saloon Cat! YOU GO TOMCAT!
The horse is at a trot and not the rack. The horse is 3 gaited, which means that he walks, trots, and canters and he is not trained to perform the slow-gait or rack. Idk why the rider is bouncing like that, but bottom line the horse is at a trot.
The horse isn't racking and the rider isn't posting because he's primping the horse. Meaning he uses leg pressure to make the horse use it's shoulder and go into the bridle.
