ANYONE CAN COOK! That's what a rat in a Pixar movie taught me, and that is the starting mantra of this channel.
Do you watch cooking shows and never cook? Are you anxious about diving in and trying new things? Do you have a terribly small kitchen? The Totally Honest Cooking Show is here for you! ANYONE CAN COOK!
also uhh i get Cherries Garcia and Cherry Jubilee mixed up...still not sure if they arent the same thing (never had either thing, ice cream makes my stummy hurt)
ooo magic blue fire! it reminds me of when me and my sisters would crowd in a dark bathroom and try to see lil blue or green sparks after biting down on the hard wintergreen lifesavers!
the amount of batter you used seems like it was pefect. This is like...super protein chicken bc of the chickpea batter. would boneless thighs work just as well for a chickie sammich situation? v cool recipe.
Probably? To be honest, I found one piece very filling. They might be TOO crunchy for a sandwich. Usually, this sort of thing is done in bite sized thigh pieces for pakora.
That looks good. I wish we could see the end product in all its glory and not toasted :( Make it again with choco chips and do a reveal with slicing the bread!
og mozzarella rounds...the mom of the stick? the emoticons give Jerkins a cute personality. Very quick and (GERD/tummy/lactose intolerant dangerous recipe) but id eat it without a second thought!😂 Just in time for Independence Day cookouts🎉
Looks great!!! The only ingredient I would swap is the Jif peanut butter for a sugar free all natural variety because that Jif is loaded with icing sugar and it will sweeten the soup too much.
protein soup! i bet it would go really far for a large family too, with some rice it would be super filling. Nice simple recipe. Cooking around the world makes for a lot of variety in the house and can cut down on food costs too. Solid recipe🎉😊
Yeah, this can be as simple as: onion, sweet potato, spinach (or kale), and peanut butter w. some cayenne. You can use water in place of the broth. Chicken is optional, and you can use thighs to make it cheaper.
ive seen peanut butter sold in lil packs, not jars like we do in regular grocery stores. Flat packs in ethnic markets, i assume its fresh pb too, usually very cheap
lmao the marmalade spoon was a bad kid in the supermarket (quit cryin' 'fore i give you somethin to cry about!" i never considered the difference in using boneless/skinless chicken thighs v chicken breasts🤔 i love that mixing bowl. this looks super easy to make and im definitely gonna eat all that marmalade later (more of an excuse to buy it.😊
The coating on the handle is not wax and you didn't need to remove it. It's normally meant to be left on to prevent the handle from rusting. You could have just seasoned the circle part and left the handle with the factory coating.
@@totallyhonestcookingshow You’re welcome So many people find it so hard to remove the wax with just hot water and detergent. I can’t understand why you never see anyone recommending Wax and Grease Remover as an option. It’s in the name of the product, for God’s sake. It’s commonly used in panel repair shops to wash down car panels prior to panting. That’s how I know about it. Gets the panel chemically clean. Google wax and grease remover. I used it on my Matfer and 2 deBuyers before seasoning. Literally only takes a few minutes, if that.
Use wax and grease remover solvent from your hardware store. Non toxic and non abrasive as well as non corrosive. Then wash in hot water with dishwashing liquid.
Yeah, I don’t have a step ladder, and I wind up having to clean the ceiling once every couple of years due to a horrible whipped cream related accident. I can’t imagine it being a purple smoothie.
Yummmmyyyy. I have never had a goober burger. Seems like it is tasty. I recently had a gluten free bun and it was better than any "regular" bun I had had in a long while. Looks good! Good job. See you on the next one.
What was the brand of the bun? The easiest one for me to buy is a bit small, and I don't particularly like the texture. BUT there's a company that makes lovely ones. -- The giant hotdog bun that I used in the chili dog episode comes from them, and thinking about that makes me want a hotdog.
That peanut butter made my acid reflux angry but boyyyy that looks SO good. I love that slaw so much too. Those fries look crispy as heck IM SO HUNGRY. Awesome recipe!
caramel seems scary to make bc my brain goes "oh boy i cant wait to accidentally bump the pot and get severe burns" 😭 making simple syrup is also anxiety-inducing. also the concept of water bath cooking is cute...give the flan a lil rubber duckie. great simple recipe! imma need lactaid Also: Eminems daughter Hailie just got married🎉
i like seeing the Salt Box™️ its very cute. also i see you used peanut oil, that is one of the oils that doesnt aggravate my acid reflux and i love pickles so this is a winning recipe. also those measuring spoons are cute. short, snappy recipe, great snack for any time of day. i bet i could eat those alone without a sauce. great vid!
The measuring spoons are magnetic, so they're handy. Peanut oil is the standard for deep frying in most cases. It's neutral and has a decently high smoke point.
perfect week night meal fr. also i love how you cook around the world on your show. the variety is great for jogging folks recipe-making abilities and expanding your palate.
this looks sooooooo good, also when you pulled out the book and I saw Eric's face I spit out my tea lmfao. also I'm reminded to restock my spices and...i gotta go to the asian market this week. i bet those ribs would be good with anything as a side, maybe some steamed bok choy or some rice. happy 300 subs wooooooo
that seems like a lot of ham... if i could eat pork, im not sure how i feel about glazed ham but this would be great for thanksgiving. can you use the glaze for other meats or is the flavor profile only for pork? cool episode! ive never actually seen someone make this before
be the garlic you know you can beeeeee its been SOOOO long since ive had asparagus. i really like it. i think this would be a good side for a lil steak or some salmon. good, simple recipe! (ice cream man menace)
