First of all, in a week there will be another live presentation of this university (October 21, at 15.00 (GMT+2), you can register and ask your question there, we can also connect you via video link so that you can communicate directly with university representatives, here is the link: edufair.clickmeeting.com/weihenstephan-triesdorf-university-of-applied-sciences/register To the second question - yes, all documents are submitted completely through Uniassist. As for part-time work - it all depends on the specific season and time - for example, in the village you may need the help of a general worker or similar help in local establishments. We also recommend finding online projects for part-time work if you have the appropriate qualifications.
Here everything is very individual - the advice we can give you is to send the letter as early as possible, and do not forget to remind about yourself about once a week, using contact information.
Hello! There is no age limit for admission to universities, but you should remember that if, for example, there is an overabundance of people for a course, priority may be given to younger students, Olympiad winners, etc. Also, most scholarship programs cover the age of 18-25. In addition, all conditions for admission and training are identical for any age.
Freiberg itself is considered a very cheap city compared to other cities in Germany, such as Leipzig or Halle. If you are considering options near Freiberg, we advise you to pay attention to cities such as Rieselfeld and Vauban, where monthly rent for a one-room apartment will cost around 700 euros.
German law allows students to work part-time, but not more than a few days a week and in the evening (if we are talking about official part-time work, for example, as a waiter or a flyer distributor, etc.). Approximate earnings will be around 300-600 euros per month.
The SAT score will matter if you with one more US student will contest for 1 place at course, in other cases your GPA's may serve only as a minor bonus to your overall profile as a potential student.

You will be informed in your personal account and by email. However, given the experience of the European bureaucracy, we recommend that you personally keep this matter under control - regularly call the contact number, write to the work email before the deadline!
The university itself does not require a visa, so there will be no problems with delays. But if problems arise with the migration service, that’s another matter. As a rule, if there are no cases related to business or criminal liability, then there should be no problems.

@@eduabroadfair I had assumed that software engineering was among the master's programs taught in English. So, why is there a requirement to submit German language proficiency?

Never apply for this university. They take 100 Euro application fee and then reject during interview. Never trust them at all. We country people are suffering about this university. That's why they never closes their application portal. Scamming people's money with the name of application. Be careful.

The video really answered most of my questions about the university. I wish English translation had been added so it would be for everyone, but in any case I used one of the add-ons to translate the video and it was clear due to the purity of the sound. Thank you again for making this video.
