Hello. I love your videos! Can you please do a video on HOA rules and regulations? I am curious about examples of the bylaws and regulations that one must agree to live in a townhouse community. Is it reasonable or as some blogs would say totally not reasonable?
Hi there! I hate to give a generic answer but I might have to with this question. It depends on what’s important to you. Do you want a quiet community or is a busier town ok with you because it offers easy access to highways and a lot of retail shopping? Do you want good schools? How important is mass transit? Once you start asking what you are looking for in a town (along with your budget) you will be able to determine if it’s good for you. Thanks for watching and reaching out!
Too bad of home builder Kitchen and living room at 2/F☹️ Receptionist with garage at 1/F Owner is human, why the builder is not respect the owner, did not consider the owner..
The buyer's agent company gets paid from the seller's agent company - not from the buyer. From there, the buyer's agent company pays a portion to the buyer's agent. The buyer's agent portion is dependent on each individual agents agreement with their company. The buyer, as of right now, does not pay a commission during the course of the transaction. It's no different from any other person who works as an independent contractor - the company gets a part because it provides the tools and resources that helps the ic (in this example, the agent) get the job done. Thanks for watching!
Wow, I loved your video, I'm happy to meet new people and channels with good content, you are a divine woman, your video made my day, congratulations, greetings from Mexico City.
Hi there! the development does not have any amenities and actually has a building with affordable housing units. You should contact Mountainside town hall about specifics.
Hello, and thanks for your comment. I'd be happy to provide you with more details about the property. Could you please let me know what specific information you're looking for?
I used to rent a condo in Linden towers. Then, I brought a house in Colonia. I left N.J. for Arizona in 2004. I saw the writing on the wall about the high real estate taxes. Sold my house for a big profit and paid cash for a brand new and over 3000 square feet in Gilbert, AZ. People thought I was crazy at that time. That way best move I ever made. The real estate taxes at that old house 4x since I left. It didn't increase as much in value as my house in Arizona. My house is worth more than my old home and I pay only 1000 a year in real estate taxes. Add the terrible weather, I don't think N.J. is a good investment anymore. Isn't N.J. one of the highest ranked states that people are leaving?
