His answer to this is 100% correct. If you have even the tiniest bit of success in any field people are coming for you and will ridicule you. It’s all about how you respond.
It’s very ballsy of him to play this specific song in a church; It challenges dogmatic beliefs in a philosophical way rather than the typical mindless blasphemy put out by so many other bands. The lyrics of this song made me think and introduced me to some ideas that never occurred to me before. Long live Bad Religion 🤘🏼
Did you ever see the concrete stares of everyday? The lunatic, the hypocrite are all lost in the fray Can't you see their lives are just like yours? An unturned stone, and undiscovered Door leading to The gift of hope renewed Eternity for you The masses of humanity have always had to suffer The business man whose master plan controls the world each day Is blind to indications of his species of his species' slow decay People blow their minds They choose to resign This deformed society is part of a design It'll never go away It's in the cards that way The masses of humanity have always had to suffer

@@alexroberts1285 His name is German. I’m going out on a limb here and will state that he ist likely from the previously communist led eastern part of Germany and wants to show his sense of childhood nostalgia. @Hans-Peter: Im Osten war damals auch nicht alles besser. Das RU-vid hat z.B. gelutscht wie Sau. 🤣🤣🤣
Because: He isn't an "all American idiot" Just try to make everybody WHO stood fair a chance to get a deasen't opportunity to get a reasonably education,to get a wider awareness, simple as that. A Church are a perfect place to...
Thank you for uploading this speech. That we can all experience moments like these is what makes the internet awesome! Graffin's speech is brilliant with humility as per usual.
as an athiest and humanist, he's really got a deep and spiritual understanding of the human condition.... our evolutionary track, our faults, our evil... but he's also got faith. he's got faith that the human condition will improve, and that we will endure through the pain and through the evil. he's an amazing man.... we need a voice like his today.
