On this video just after 9 mins you see my friend Ruth over your right shoulder and then she overtakes your left side. just before you cut the video to take a pee. We started in Sarria the same day as you, started 19th for 5 days walking to Santiago. Great fun
My fiend and I started from Sarria the same day as you. I recognise the walking stick that you show, the fella and his wife came from Pennsylvania. I was amazed he could take it on the plane. We actually stayed at El Padrino in Portomarin that you had a picture of. We loved the walk. Happy travelling

Many of us had trouble at that restaurant (staff was down right rude and food was terrible), I was ok with the other restaurants with the Santiago Ways during my trip.
Just came across your video. This is fantastic...thank you for producing this...very nice. Now I have seen what the trails and the stations look like. I almost forgot about the Pilgrimage. Now that I am retired I need to move this way up the list. Being French Basque, I have been at the bridge at Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port many times but I never crossed over and hiked the Pilgrimage. I admire you for taking it on. Can't wait to watch the other episodes.

Wow, imagine our surprise when we got to the end of this one. Great video, those VW shops looked ace. We actually had no problems as we passed through Tampa, which was a nice change. Miss those days 😂

Wow!!! Janis is looking so pretty! When you mentioned the thousand cuss words 🤣 I call them purple words & my husband speaks purple 💜 fluently- we're going to start my for panels today, then back panels, I bought everything probably a yr ago.......
I'm bummed, I am preparing to make my own door panels for Larry, I was hoping you'd show us the steps you took to install the panels vs. the end result, those clips look very intimidating...
I tried making a door, but the ones that came off didn't give me a good template to make them, so I ordered them. We found out that the clips were to big for the holes in the door after we put the rubber garments in place. So I just took some pliers and squeezed the clip together just a little for it to fit.
@Adventures With Janis my husband & I started "Larry's" back panels yest, I was telling him about your cuss words 🤣 he agreed and said "oh ya, I totally already know that the neighbors aren't going to like me during this process"
Congrats on Janis!!! I bought my 71' in 2018 - drive 11 + hrs from Boston to Virginia Beach, his name is Larry and has needed his window seals replaced since! Watching your video makes me scared to even let my husband near my bus to do this 🤣 patience is not one of his strengths....looking forward to watching your upcoming videos!!
Though not as flamboyant, I have had 2 ‘70 Campmobiles over the years. Pay close attention to the oil level and change it every 3000 miles. Also, learn to adjust the valves and tune up. Stay in the slow lane and learn to enjoy the slow life!
