This work evidences the fact that although Percy lived and wrote in relative obscurity, his message was extremely relevant, yet its time had not fully come. I am still convinced, as I was when I first read Percy, that his voice would be heard louder and stronger as time goes on. The day will come when Percy will be considered as prominent and important a novelist as Hemingway or Fitzgerald. Looking forward to this work!
Brilliant. I cannot wait to see this. And while it seems you've gotten cooperation from a number of close readers of Percy, I'm really happy Richard is in this: I don't know anybody whose work more lovingly reflects an appreciation of Walker Percy. Nice job, fellow.
