I’ve finished my first revision today. I was depressed, couldn’t even find myself get out of bed. This video came to my feed, telling me that it is still possible. This is a confusing question What is the diagnosis first? Infective endocarditis with positive pseudomonas blood culture.. There is also h/o renal symptoms...No further renal evaluation is mentioned.. If it's a AKI/UTI can we give aminoglycoside? In clinical practice do we use aminoglycoside as antipseudomonal drug?
