I'm just a middle-aged guy, father of two children, DIYer with various assortment of skills and a marketing professional from Finland who got carried away with building a home / virtual / simulation cockpit (or just simpit) and playing some games with it. Mostly I play Star Citizen and DCS but I'm planning occasionally try other games like FS2020.
This channel documents my progress with the setup with videos about DIY projects and other related things. And occasional gameplay videos too. My goal is to publish one video every two weeks; ideally every other about some cockpit related matter and every other a gameplay video. But this is subject to chance since I have two young children, wife and career that all go ahead of this.
That's fantastic. Great job. I designed and built my own helicopter controls for use in VR. They're pretty basic and shagnasty, but they're clever and they work. I enjoyed working out how to do it. Your setup is excellent. Well done
That is incredible man!! And I love the modular aspect for changeability. I fly mostly dcs but many different airframes. It would be cool to do something similar with modules for the 10/16 vs 18 vs 15 or something. Awesome stuff man can’t wait to see it grow!
man you boss bro , could you make a pod that could feel the hits like controllers also spin the screen if out of control to make the feel of dizziness, also a pod for shooters also a suit with base sound speakers or vibration when hit so your body feels it , like arcade guns use photodiode/phototransistor to register shots but light back when shot at? could even set pain lvl , imagine competitive gameplay then would be a hole new lvl for everyone, sorry if sound insane or stupid , just feel your brain could make it , sight, touch = basically feel getting hit, hearing speakers and games using-HRTF , even smells but think that to much if my other comments were not already haha
This is why being a grown up is always the best lol. You have money and talent to do this stuff. ( as long as your a responsible adult and put in the time and effort to aquire money and skills)
Did you optimise your Star Citzen Windows boot partition for performance or something? I might do that if it helps. I know that you can tweak a lot of things in Windows. I might even go the linux way
please dont use the word insane in titles. so frigging lame and earns you a do not recommend channel. Besides the fact i cant understand a word you say
