it's in The Fate of Atlantis DLC, there's Forge of Atlantis and you collect the stones called Adamant from chests and forge 3 isu weapons in there.

I've started it at June 2022, after I've finished the main storyline didn't played much, until I bought the DLCs, played them and later on I mostly play quests involving Orichalcum and Mercenary bounties.
