Because ACE keep increasing price list after few sales every time to maximize the profit. Few units are available with builder does not always mean that the project is a flop project. I have personally met several Ace Divino's investors and they are very happy about the appreciation and quality they got in this project.

Hi, I believe aap kisi freehold land ke bare me baat kar rahe hain. Never invest in a non rera registered property. I suggest to go with a good brand but at least you should buy a rera registered property.

Hi, To calculate density hum total apartments ko total land parcel se hi divide karte hain. commercial shops etc ko count nahi karte because they are not residents and not going to use internal amenities and area of the project. Hope you get it right.
Suppose a buyer had paid some amount to seller in the month of August then by the 10th of September buyer has to pay tds otherwise there will be penalty.
Very highly priced. In the end this is greater noida not even proper noida. Traffic issue is another big concern in this area when these socities have not even been fully occupied yet.
Somebody must be out of mind to pay almost Rs.11,000/ sq.ft. for an apartment which isn't even a luxury property and located in Noida Extension / Gr. Noida West. But then, there is never ever a shortage of fools and donkeys on this planet.
