Vista was REALLY close to having XP sounds, first build to stop using them was Build 5920. Can you try it out?

it was actually 5840 which starting using vista sounds and 5536 added one sounds when 5600 added multiple sounds

I just realised that 5920 nothing more than a earlier compile of the RTM build (6000.16386) , so i'll just install that build for my virus related videos. (dont worry, i'll still credit you)

It clearly says "Version 3.0" on the splashscreen what else do you need that it isn't Windows 2.9

It's probably Windows 95 OSR2.x. It was named Windows 97 by some people, but was never oficially released

@@Ignite_gamingofficial You can download GCC for Windows and compile it for your own architecture. I already gave the source code in an another comment. You can copy paste the source code from there and compile it.
