A new global space government made of diplomats all nations needs to come together. There will be massive mineral profits that would need to be litigated. How each country will handle returning mined minerals to earth and govern the impact to each nations economies. This would be a government granting permits for what can be mined and where. We don't want people taking dwarf planets, or botch an asset retrieval that hurdles asteroids towards Mars Earth or the moon. Nor would we want any nuclear enriched minerals going into the wrong hands. So clear regulations need be made and tackling many other issues that will soon arise.
My dad was a merchant seaman during WW2, sailed with the convoys during The Battle Of The Atlantic, torpedoed and sunk twice and on one of those occasions looked down the barrel of a machine gun trained on all the survivors while their captain was taken prisoner. After the war he was offered a position on deep sea trawlers but turned it down because he thought it was too dangerous! That tells me everything about how tough these crews are! Every penny they make is phenomenally hard earned!!

In this video he talks about fishing in the Atlantic Ocean, but I am from Hawaii and you talk about herring but in Hawaii you have fleets of ships going for Tuna any types that it's big money because the Japanese people love there Sashimi and sushi and they buy up the market and ship it back to Japan because food is Japan is very expensive as I learned going to South Korea in the Army but they have the money and they pay in cash with there yen happens every year and tuna don't like cold water so they stay in the Pacific Ocean 🎉
Wind power is garbage. It's a hideous destruction of nature and a waste of land. It is environmentally UNFRIENDLY to manufacture and the turbines have a very finite lifecycle and CAN'T be recycled. There are other ways to generate energy that are far more environmentally friendly.
Truly western is more scared of catching flue then Russian army it's all about lives that they don't treasure like we do. But I'm not surprised as they live in Russia...
