This looks like a very fine tractor. I have only ever seen photos in books. There is so many we miss out on in Australia

As a teen I remember mr Robinson at greenlands farm great limber had one, looked very interesting at the time doing most of the heavy work on the mixed arable farm

Respect from BAYERN. I live near the company Egelseer (10 km). And i know this Tractor type. I drived this too. When you need help (for spare parts) you can tell me. But im not perfectly in english. ;-).

Great to see this as my uncle had one for a couple of years until it was got rid of in the early 90s. It was also a 1978 model - a T reg, and the model number was 7800 - agree that their numbering system is a bit confusing. There can’t have been many of these sold originally. I hope it still exists someplace.

That was a wonderful story I really enjoyed it. Fair play to you for putting in that amount of time and effort to restore that beauty of a tractor. German engineering was incredible in those times.

in 1987 we had such a Schlüter in the shop and it´s diff lock was also broken. Even in these early years parts were also expensive and not easy to get .They often put in MAN engines. My god this tractor is blessed ending up into the hands of this man . greetings from germany

Wow, great video and great story and ofcourse a great tractor... we also used to have a 1250 VL 👍🏻 I love the efford which went into restoring it! I‘d love to hear more from it... Also sounds great 🤤

I bought this schluter in 2005 it's an e7800tv export model 160hp very expensive to work on I rebuilt the engine Michael elgelseer supplied the parts

There's a mighty roar out of it 4" straight pipe I have a proper exhaust but the stainless one sounds good ya a great tractor only down side is the brakes same brakes as the 600 series fendt

1500 schluter Yeah, Egelseer is very well known here... Have you ever heard of „Evers Landtechnik“? He is our local parts supplier! He built the „Profi Trac 8000 TVL“, the biggest Schlüter ever!

have you still the schluter? ive only ever seen one in the flesh, a local drainage contractor has one local to me in lancashire uk i think its a 1250 ?? Great video , and great Tractor!!

My grandfather said they beat horses. My g grandfather had a Titan. I've got a picture of him standing with it in Clayton Township, Genessee County, Michigan. Regards
