Cottee is a terrible pundit. Much like Nicholas, Thompson and co before him. To be fair, the level of pundit hasn’t improved too much since they’ve been replaced. Man not on contract doesn’t have any right to moan about not having his mythical contract renewed😂 This approach sums up his punditry
If those in charge of the channels realized how many people automatically hit the mute button when unqualified pundits talk drivel before, during and after matches.
To be fair he was always portly but what a keeper his agility at his weight just made you want to watch the guy gracefully leaping up to the top corner to flick it over
the modern day footie pundits are woeful turn the game on at kick off turn off at half time start watching again for start of 2nd half and turn straight off at final whistle
Football fans in their 40s, 50s, 60s+, don't want to have to listen to idiots like sturridge and Eni. They want to hear from knowledgeable pundits that speak sense like Keane, Wright, Neville etc.
I’m gonna say it. Can’t stand all these female pundits and commentators. They talk as if they played on the same level as the men when the women’s game is absolutely nowhere near. They’re not qualified to talk about the game. They should stick to women’s football.
