Love that wooden look (walnut) reminds me a little bit of my Harman and Kardon just called the Citation with Rosewood top .stereo.built i believe in around 78 or 79 they only made about 700 pieces.Brushed Aluminan knobs to resemble the Automobile Trans AM
I regret getting rid of this unit for a Sony 5 disk player. My older sister still uses this on a Daily Basis.and if i remember i think i paid over 800$ for this.& The sony lasted me about 6 years and is long gone. Great review.Thanks.
Thanks for the video ! This is my main amp for the time being , and I can't say anything disappointing about it , it has 2 separate amplifiers, one for the two main channels 100W per chanel, and a separate 20W per chanel for surround . Personally I prefer listening in 2chanel mode .And it was the top of the range AV amp for 1987-1989 . Under current conditions I find it difficult, to find a better replacement. Very solid sounding and not lacking in the upper ranges , lots of inputs. The volume knob is also motorised . And by the way the silver rear of the unit shown in the video is not the AVC-30 , but a different amplifier. .
This speaker set was on sale yesterday in new delhi 's audio equipment seller for $130 (₹10000) approx _ the name of the channel is 'Speaker baba delhi se'

I’m still running my ol’ school Sony TA-E9000ES (processor) and TA-N9000ES amp… even though it’s only 5.2 configuration, my home theater still kicks azz!
