@Lord1Tudor Just to confirm, this was filmed with permission at Woodhouse with the roads open. As such we were travelling at or below 15km/h the entire time. It has been sped up with a soundtrack overlayed for dramatic effect. As @ScoutsSA mentioned, Woodhouse is an activity centre full of families and children when the rally isn't on, and the strict 15km/h speed limit must be maintained for everyone's safety.

This IDIOT who tried to KILL a woman and her children needs to learn what a 15km speed limit sign means.
